"Tell me about her" the young girl in front of me asks with a look of sadness yet wonder in her eyes.
"She was amazing, the most kind and beautiful woman there ever was." I answer.
"Was she one of a kind? Like you said I was?" the little one asked with a sad smile on her face.
"Of course she was! No one could ever replace her I'll tell you that. When I met her I never saw anyone like her before and it was so amazing who she was... And I haven't seen anyone like her since." I told her with a sad smile myself.
"You said memories become stories when we forget them... Do you ever think she will become a story?" the little black haired girl hugged my leg for comfort.
I chuckled for a moment and patted her head carefully.
"She's not the kind of person you'd forget." I respond.
She looked up at me wanting to be held, so I picked her up by her waist and sat her on my lap.
"Was she your True Love, daddy? Like in a fairy tale?" she spoke to me hugging me.
"Yes. Your mother was my True Love. And I will never forget her and I will never find another True Love."
My daughter looks up at me again hugging me as tight as she could.
"Am I your True Love daddy?"
I smile and look her in her beautiful brown eyes.
"Yes sweetheart you are. Mommy was just a different True Love. And I'll never forget about you babygirl." I say to her giving her askimo kisses.
She hugs me again and kisses my cheek with a smile on her face.
"Oh? For me? A kiss from a beautiful young lady!" I playfully say.
She giggles and says "Oh daddy" as I hold her close and begin to tear up from hearing her giggle that so closely resembled that of her mother.
"I will never let you go sweetheart." I whisper in my daughter's ear.
