~Chapter 2~

Yu silently carried Mikaela to his tiny home. Yu struggled to turn the doorknob since he was holding Mikaela bridal style. Yu managed to open the door and walked over to his bed and gently set him down. Once Mikaela was set down on the bed he placed the roses on the nightstand. Yu closed his door to preserve the warmth in his home. Yu first made sure to keep the fire going in the fireplace before tending to Mikaela's wound. Mikaela watched the human curiously as his ears perked up at everything Yu would do. Yu walked over to Mikaela and sat on the edge of the bed with two sticks and rope."What do you intend to do with those?" He asked. Yu looked at Mikaela."This'll help straighten out your leg and heal." Mikaela arched his brow."I'll heal, I have fast healing abilities." Yu looked at Mikaela with a sarcastically doubtful look."Really now?" Yu asked.

Mikaela growled a little."Yes I do..I just wouldn't have enough time to heal if I stayed lying there in the forest.." Yu gently touched Mikaela's leg which put him on edge."Be careful human.." Mikaela growled. Yu glared back at him."Its Yuichiro. I have a name you know." Mikaela's eye twitched slightly."Your a insane human..daring to challenge me like that..do you have a death wish?" Yu placed each stick on both sides of Mikaela's leg and tied the rope securely. "No I don't. I stick up for myself is all." Yu said simply. Mikaela scoffed at that. If Mikaela could he'd pin the human down and assert his dominance over him to show who's superior but since he was recovering from his broken leg he couldn't do that." There all done..don't move around for awhile or you'll make your injury worse." Yu stated as he stood up. Mikaela arched a brow."Where are you going?" Mikaela asked."I'm going to visit my mother's grave." Yu simply said.

Mikaela was silent after that. He understood now why Yu was in the forest with roses in his hands. Yu picked up three roses and walked toward the door."Don't cause any trouble while I'm gone." He said before he left. Mikaela huffed and looked at the remaining three roses he left behind for a moment. Mikaela scanned the little house he was inside of. It felt warm inside but he could sense the loneliness in this house. He sniffed the air and could smell Yu's scent, it smelled of peppermint which didn't bother him. Mikaela sat up a little."...I should change into my human form..for all I know some other human could barge in here." Mikaela muttered as he transformed. He always felt strange in his human form since he had no fur or his tail and he had human ears which felt strange. He stared at his broken leg since there wasn't much else to look at."...I should be healed in a day..since this looks like a clean break."

Mikaela tensed for a moment when he sensed a presence about to walk through the door. He calmed down once he saw it was Yuichiro but he still was on edge around the human since he didn't know his true intentions. Yu took off his scarf and mittens now that he was inside the house. "How're you holding up Mikae-..." Yu cut himself off when he saw a blonde haired boy naked sitting on his bed. Yu was flustered seeing every detailed part of him."U-Uh..." Yu swallowed thickly. Mikaela arched a brow at how flustered Yu was. Mikaela took a whiff of the air and could scent the excitement coming from Yuichiro. Mikaela looked Yu up and down and thought 'even though he isn't a omega wolf he still is worthy to mate with considering how beautiful he looks for a human'."U-Um I'll go get you some clothes!" Yu hurriedly searched through his clothes and picked out what he thought would fit him."H-Here put these on.." Yu stuttered out."I refuse." Mikaela stated. Yu stared down at the ground as he held out the clothes."At least put on some pants!..." Mikaela looked at Yu."I refuse to wear human clothing..it's uncomfortable."

Yu was a bit agitated but still flustered."Okay fine then can you please cover your area with a blanket.." Mikaela stared at Yu for a few moments."...Is it so strange for me to be like this in front of you?" Yu glared at Mikaela."Yea because people don't normally sit in front of other people completely naked!" Yu put away his clothes and went ahead to pull a blanket over Mikaela's manhood. Mikaela grabbed Yu by the arm and pulled him towards his lips as he whispered by his ear."I'm not human remember. " Mikaela stated. Yu shivered as he felt his warm breath tickle his skin and his voice sounded so seductive. Yu gulped and tried to pull his arm away but his grip was so strong."Mikaela let go!.." Yu looked into Mikaela's blue eyes pleadingly. When Mikaela saw the fear in Yuichiro's green orbs it made him realize how harsh he was. He let go of Yu's arm and felt awful? He didn't understand why he should feel terrible for scaring a human since Yu has been treading in dangerous waters.

Yu was on his knees on the ground trembling a bit from how strong Mikaela was. Yu looked at the red handprint from Mikaela gripping his arm so tightly."I'm sorry.." Yu heard Mikaela say. Yu looked up at him as there eyes met once again. Yu wasn't sure how to respond, all he did was look at those sky blue eyes. Yu whimpered when Mikaela grabbed his arm again but gently this time."Wh..What're you doing?.." Yu asked. Mikaela stayed silent as he brought his arm close to his lips and licked the red mark. Yu blushed as he did."This is my way of apologizing..after all..your helping me.." Mikaela muttered as he licked the mark again. Yu blushed a bit more."I-It's okay..really." Mikaela glanced at Yu."No it's not.." Mikaela let go of Yu's arm."..I forget that I'm strong..and I end up hurting others because I'm so careless of my strength.." Yu set his hand on his lap and was silent for a moment.

"I should be healed by tomorrow.. I'll leave once I can walk on my own.." Mikaela looked at Yu."That way I won't cause you anymore trouble.." Deep down Yu wanted to get to know this wolf more and wanted him to stay or at least visit him but maybe that was to much to ask. Mikaela laid down and looked at the human with curious eyes. Yu felt him looking at him and looked back."What is it?.." Mikaela leaned closer to Yu."Your eyes are so bright..they look like the forest when it's spring." Yu blinked a couple times and blushed very lightly."O-Oh?..you think so?" Mikaela nodded. Yu smiled and when he smiled it made Mikaela's heart thump."Your eyes are pretty. They look like they're bright like the sky and show emotion like the ocean when it's in raging waves." Yu giggled. Mikaela smiled without realizing it."Hehe..no ones ever described my eyes in detail like that." Mikaela laughed a bit. Yu smiled more."Hey Mikaela?.. Can I call you Mika?" Yu asked.

"..No one's ever given me a nickname before.." Yu grinned."Then that means I'm the first to." Mikaela looked at Yu in astonishment, Yu being so happy was an amazing sight to behold."S-Sure..you can call me that..and in exchange I get to call you a nickname." Yu's interest was peaked."Okay, what'll you call me?" Mika thought for a moment and then smiled."Yu-chan." Yu made a pouting face."That sounds girly." Mika arched his brows."Oh and mine isn't?" Yu grinned."Your name was already girly." Mika grinned a little."Fair enough but despite my name and appearance I'm pretty strong." Yu stood up."Says the one who has an injured leg." Yu pointed out. Mika sat up." I'll heal quickly so there's no worries for me but if you were to get injured you'd heal longer." Yu had no other comebacks and gave in."Yea..that's true.."

Mika smiled in victory."Hey Mika..I um..I want to get to know you more." Mika tilted his head to the side."..but why?.." Mikaela wanted to get to know Yu too but was it okay to get to know a human? Yu sat back down on the floor."..because you seem different from other wolves.." Mikaela wasn't sure if that was an insult or a compliment but he assumed Yu meant he was intrigued by him just as he was intrigued with Yu."..I'm curious about you to Yu-chan. I don't understand why you helped me." Mika spoke as he sat up."It's because I love wolves..but also because I want to help anybody who needs help..whether their wolf or human." Yu admitted."Aren't you afraid of wolves?..of the fact that I'm in your house..you don't even know what kind of wolf I am.." Yu sits on Mika's bedside."Then tell me what kind of wolf are you." Yu's eyes peered into Mika's. Beautiful Mika thought."I'm an alpha." Mika simply stated.

Mika expected to get a horrified reaction but Yu was calm and seemed to be comfortable around him still."That explains why your so strong." Yu said with a smile. Mika wouldn't admit it but that smile made his heart flutter."Hey Mika. Let's be friends." Yu smiled widely. How could Mika say no to that face."Sure, I would like that."
