hey guys! so in this part, i'm just going to show you some things that you don't want to do when making a cover or edit.

1.

this type of cover (first one) is probably one of the most common mistakes someone does

this type of cover (first one) is probably one of the most common mistakes someone does. if you use a photo of a celebrity that's arm or something is cut off, don't put it in the middle. it makes the cover look sloppy and quite frankly makes me cringe. if it does have a cut arm like the one that i used for the example, put it to the side where the cut is. for example, her left arm was cut, so i moved it to the left and it doesnt look bad at all. :)

2.

in this first picture, you can see how her entire body has like little gaps and stuff

in this first picture, you can see how her entire body has like little gaps and stuff. be careful when you're trying to mask out everything except her body. i recommend you use the 'magic wand' instead of the 'brush' when your celebrity had a plain background. when it doesn't, use the brush, but do it gently and very carefully, or otherwise, it'll end up like the first one. it's really ugly and sloppy, and it shows how much time you put into your cover, which is not a lot.

3.

make sure to use a good quality photo of the person/thing you want on the cover

make sure to use a good quality photo of the person/thing you want on the cover. low quality pictures never look good, and it makes it look a little sloppy. avoid lq photos and try to find hq photos instead.

well that's it for now! if there's anything else i can think of, i'll be sure to put it in here :)
