"What's a speedster?" Wally asked curiously, looking up at Caitlin.

It was just the three of us in the room at the moment. Iris was on the phone with Joe trying to explain to him what Caitlin had explained to us, and Cisco was in The Cortex going over something that he'd been working on for a while. "It means that you're a meta human that is similar to The Flash." Caitlin explained to him. "You have the ability to run and move faster than a normal human being would be able to. You also have the ability to heal at a very accelerated rate along with a number of other things that we still have yet to discover."

"And a meta human is..."

"Someone who was affected by the particle accelerator explosion." I answered for Caitlin. "They're people who were given abilities due to the dark matter wave that was sent out into the city when the accelerator blew. It reached everyone in the city, but only a select few are affected due to their biological structure and what have you."

"How do you know so much about this?" He questioned curiously. "I understand why Dr. Snow knows this stuff, but I thought that you were just a forensic scientist with Barry."

I smiled slightly as I took a step forward. "I've been working with the team at S.T.A.R. Labs since I transferred in here from Star City. I was affected by the accelerator explosion, and I obtained powers from the dark matter. Once I moved here, I sought out their help to learn more about what I could do."

"Have you met The Flash?" He asked, his tone changing from confused to undoubtedly eager.

I chuckled, glancing at Caitlin's amused expression before looking back at him. Even though I had known the conscious version of him for less than a day, I felt that I could trust him with the secret of who I was after dark. "I have. I work very closely with him and his team here. One could even say that we're partners."

His eyes widened in shock. "You're Zodiac?"

I laughed as I nodded. "I am."

He laughed lightly as he turned more towards me. "Dude, you are, like, one of the most badass heroes that I've ever seen. The way that you fight all of these meta humans is like something out of an action movie."

Caitlin chuckled as she stood next to me. "Ashton came onto our team with a very developed knowledge of fighting and defensive skills. She's studied abroad in Asia for years, learning how to fight and control her emotions, something that benefits here in the field. She's a very exceptional fighter and superhero."

I nodded slightly. "In my time here, I have passed some of my knowledge of fighting onto the Scarlet Speedster to help him out in the face of danger." I stated proudly. "I am willing to pass those same teachings onto you to help you learn how to control your newfound powers."

"Are you saying that you want me to become a superhero like you and The Flash?"

I shook my head fervently. "No, no-no I did not say that." I looked at Caitlin. "I didn't say that." I looked back at Wally. "What I'm saying is that I will help you learn how to control your powers so that you don't hurt yourself or anyone around you. Having super speed is as dangerous as it is beneficial. I learned how to control my body and my actions before my mind could even comprehend them, and, with dedication and time, I can pass those lessons onto you so that you can keep yourself safe."

"Isn't it my choice what to do with these powers, though?"

I nodded slowly. "Ultimately, it is your choice because it is your life. But you need to know that what The Flash and myself do is something that not everyone is able to accomplish. I'm not saying that you don't have the ability--I have no right to judge that since I don't know you that well--but I am saying that, if you were to follow this path, you have to learn how to control everything and anything that you feel. You cannot let what happens out there affect your everyday life or else it will destroy you. In order to successfully balance this life and your personal life, you have to completely detach the two so that you don't blame yourself for anything that happens, and it's not in any way an easy task."
