On the east side of the Fangore Forest there was a greatexpanse of barren land. You could see for leagues upon leagues andnever see a tree, a shrub, a bush, or any other living creature. It wasa waste land. But to the west of the Fangore Forest the land was covered with life.It was like a huge garden that was allowed to grow wild, with outtrimming or cutting, or weeding. It was the perfect place for children to play. With lots of coverage and tall grasses. It was also theperfect place to learn how to climb. For the trees were so strong that a lot ofkids could climb to the same branch and it would not even bend. Alsofar west was the Fionnguala Sea. It was green or blue depending onthe time of day of if it was stormy or calm. To the north was mountains and to the south was a marsh land. nobody dared

go to the marsh lands. they said that it was haunted by the most dreadful ghosts.

in other word it was never explored. except by a few. hte outcasts were a terrible bunch.

murderers, thievs, assasins. at best they were runaways. not many of them except the

most brave of foolhardy daren go close to the marshes. they were never seen again.

but at the brink of the mountains was a white stone castle. It had tall whitestone towers and stone court yards. And around it was a townsquare with houses and cottages surrounding it. It looked like theperfect kingdom. Like anything that beautiful had no problems. But itdid. almost everuybody had to work for what the got. the peopel of "royal blood"

always shirked the work and made others do it for them. but tehy would never let

anyone else no that. they were all alike... except king Xavier and queen Antigua.

they were the hadrest workers and never shirked their duties. neither did

their daughter.

Two years after the king's and queen's wedding, the Queen gaveberth to a nbeutiful daughter and one very handsome son.

that year they had hired a new nurse. The new nurse, Gertrude, took

the baby boy away to get cleaned. But she didn't come back. She didn't came backbecause she was from a rebel camp. Her mission was to kidnap the baby to be

raised by the "Banished" people who lived in the woods. But what she didn't knowwas that the Queen was having twins and she only took one. Beforethe Queen could ask where Aiden was, eliuthia had come. The King could never have

prepared for what came next. When the midwife came out her face was deathly pale
