Dooms day

(hey ppl I apologize for grammar in this story and how it is written I am quite bad at writing lol but I do it because its fun to write anyway enjoy 😛)

Sky's P.O.V
8991 dooms day the day the savages came the day every thing changed. The day life went from peachy to living hell. The day I lost almost everything my family, my arm, my home and my entire neighborhood in fact. The only things I didn't lose were half my mind and my lover.

I would have completely lost my sanity that day if it weren't for my lover. He is the other half of me that I lost, with him I am no longer empty. Because of him I have an arm, even though it is made of metal.

I do everything to protect him, my arm doubles up as a weapon against the Savages. And I know that he is capable of looking after himself, I have seen what he can do and it scares me. It's like he is one of them.

I smile and laugh at the thought my Leaf being a savage. There is no way he could be. Sure he can lose his temper at times but he can't be one of them, he's to kind. Plus a savage wouldn't have feelings like humans do. That is not possible.

"Sky! Stop day dreaming, we are nearly at our next stop." I snapped back to reality as I heard the sweet sound of Leafs voice. Were on the run again, we are always running and it never stops. Whenever you find somewhere safe, it never stays safe for long.

Leaf's P.O.V
I walked down the hallway of the abandoned house, staring at pictures on the walls of the family who used to live here. "Sky, it's you." My eyes locked with the photo of a happy family, smiling. He just stood there, emotionless. I didn't like it when he took a while to reply to me, it always means something's up with him.

We sat in the living room on this saggy broken couch. Was something wrong with his arm again or was it something else? I couldn't bare the silence so I decided to say something. "Sky? Sky, are you ok? is there -" My sentence was cut short as I finally realised why I was not getting a response. He was asleep, my little angle was asleep.

He falls asleep so often now. I had no other choice, I picked him up, spread my wings and flew.

My eyes scanned the wreckage of this world as I looked for a safe haven. Somewhere to settle. I Listened to the soft breathing of my little angle as I flew taking in every breath. Sky was my light, my everything. He made me realise that the people on this earth don't need to die.

I fell for this human and now I am a outcast to my kind but so be it. I just can't let Sky know. If he found out would he kill me or would he spare me? I was so caught up in my thoughts I almost ran into a tree. Correcting myself I continued searching for somewhere safe.
