"Nah come on man", I said to my doushbag of a best friend."I can't go to the Keys this weekend."

"Why not??", Ashton yelled loudly.

"Because..... I'm hanging with Chelsey", I winked at him.

"What the f.uck man?? What ever happened to 'bro's before hoe's'??", "Huh?!'

"When she wants it, she gets it", I laughed loudly.

*Beep* *Beep*

I looked down at my phone to see who was calling me.

*Unknown*

I debated weather or not I should answer it. And ended up answering it.

"Hello?"

"Hello? Is this Justin Myers?"

"Um... Who's asking?"

"I'm Mary, from Samartan Hospital. I'm calling on the matter of your mother Rachael Myers and sister Chloe Myers."

I jumped up off the couch at the mention of 'hospital' 'mother' 'sister' 'Chloe'.

"What happened?? Are they okay??", I almost screemed into the phone.

I hadn't seen my mother or sister in nearly 4 years...

"You mother and sister were in a terrible car accident..."

"Are they okay...?", I repeated. My nerves high as f.uck.

"Your sister is fine. Her heart is stable. They other car that was in the accident hit the car on the oppiste side of her, hitting your mother head on. We did everything we could to help your mother but she lost a lot of blood and had a lot of damage to her body. We did everything we could. But it wasn't enough."

My heart stopped, then started to pound hard and fast as her words sank in...

My sister was fine.

But my mother was dead...

Chloe

I woke up with a start. I tried to sit up but was held back by wires and a needle sticking out of my hand. The nurse that was in the shushed me and laid me back down.

"What happened? Where am I?", I asked the nurse.

"You are at Samaritan Hospital. You were in a car accident."

I suddenly remember what had happened.

Flashback:
The lights, the loud crash, sirens, yelling, the pain, and.... My mother. I remembered my mother lying there, unconscious, not moving.

"Mama!?"

No response.

"Mama please...!!"

Still no answer.

Then I blacked out...

Present:

"Where's my mama?"

"Sweetheart... I hate to tell you this as soon as you wake up but.... We didnt get there in time to save your mama. When we arrived, she had already passed on. I'm so sorry sweetie."

My eye sight went blurry then.
The last thing I remember is me whispering,

"Mama....."
