"Leo!" I cried, sitting in the dark room. My eyes covered, wrists and ankles chained to a chair. I was bruised and beaten, pain throbbing through my body. All I could do was scream and hope.

I'm an agent for the SR agency. I started recently and I'm not the best. They had to give me the job because I'm related to the head of the company. Everyone around here gave him the nickname "King", but I just call him Gramps. Some of the worker here tease me around because I have a slight stutter problem and I'm pretty shy. One of the worst offenders being Karen.

Karen is the secretary for my grandfather, I've met her before when I would go to visit him and she always seemed to hate me. Giving me bad looks and muttering things under her breath when I would walk by. I think I even remember her tripping my once, like a little middle schooler. I'm just glad Gramps didn't give me office work so I wouldn't have to work closely under her.

I was put as a rookie working with an elite agent. The paper work I was handed said his name was Leo. His codename: The Lion. That's a really cool codename. This guy must be some hotshot suck-up. To get a codename like that. I thought to myself. I was also handed my own papers, so I could pass them on to him. It said they had given me the codename The Lamb. I guess it's fitting, being partnered to The Lion and all.

I walked into his office. He turned around while staying, "You should knock be for you enter someone else's room." When he looked at me he smiled. "Oh, I'm sorry. You must be the new recruit. What's wrong? You look like you've seen a ghost." he chuckled walking over to me.

He was stunningly gorgeous. His lime green eyes, his firey hair, everything about this man made me melt from the inside out. He walked up to me and I held out the papers.

"Oh my. You're shaking. Do you feel alright." He placed a hand on my forehead to check my temperature. Even his touch was kind and gentle! How could someone like this be an agent?!

I tried to tell him that I felt perfectly fine but the only sound to come out of my mouth was a little squeak. Darn my and my mousey way! I thought to myself.

"You don't feel like you have a temperature. Why don't you come sit down though and I'll take a look at those papers." I could only nod in response as he lead me to his desk and sat me in one of his chairs.

"Sorry about the mess. Times are busy right now and Kingy-boy has piled a bunch of work on my desk." He wasn't kidding. There were papers all over the place, but it did make since.

As of lately our little town had been experiencing a lot of kidnappings, rapes and murders. And according to what I read in the file, this guy is one of the best agents in the business, next to someone with the codename Mermaid. How does someone called Mermaid compare to someone called The Lion?

"So are w-we going to be working on the r-recent incidents?" I somehow managed to get out of my mouth.

"And she speaks!" he gestured toward me and paused for a moment. "Sadly, yes. Sorry to get you involved in something to this magnitude on you're first day."

"N-no! It's fine. I went through a l-lot of training to get here... I would feel b-bad if I didn't help on a p-problem like this."

"Alright. Well then, first things first," he scooted a paper towards me, "This is our main suspect. We've manage to find a dating profile he has and talked him into going on a blind date with him. We're going to need you to go in and pose as his date. Get him to take you home and make sure you get a look around. There will be agents planted all over the place, so don't be nervous. We've picked out an outfit for you to wear and you will need to be at the restaurant by 7." He hand out an earpiece to me. "We will communicate to you through this. If something goes wrong, say, 'the stars are beaming brightly tonight' and we'll find a way to get you out of there."
