step one
storylines, storylines
they won't believe you saying it's too rainy when the sun clearly shines
creative writing steps in sometimes
stick to the script and you'll be fine
step two
get over it
it hurts, i'm sure of it
there's just a few details you need to omit
you'll be okay, there's just a few pieces you need to fit
step three
no guilt allowed
even a few regretful thoughts can drag you down
your lies are the truth heard around town
let anything slip and you're out
step four
they'll never know
just bathe in the sun and tell them it'll snow
make up as many fantasies as you can hold
some dirty little secret isn't going to hurt.. much though
