The Doll

Jamie was a gorgeous teenager. He had pitch black hair and dark brown eyes. He was short and slim, he wasn't one of those fifteen year olds with six-packs (not that there's anything wrong with them) and his skin was dotted with freckles. What truly made Jamie beautiful was that he believed he was beautiful and he was! And although some people wanted to date him he had absolute no interest in anything like that as he was an asexual-aromantic.    

Jamie had just arrived home when he heard a noise in his loft. Completely ignoring common sense he decided to check it out. He waked up the ladders and into his loft flicking his torch on along the way so that he wouldn't be surrounded in darkness as soon as he stepped foot into his loft. He walked in to the cold, dark and damp loft his footsteps echoing creepily around the room. As soon as he stepped a foot into the room he was drawn to the left corner. He decided to follow his instincts and he slowly making very little sound walked to the left corner.

There was nothing there except a large Russian Doll. The doll was creepy. It was ghostly pale with huge ruby red eyes and lips. Its hair was painted onto it so it wold look like a ponytail and it wore a light blue dress. After Jamie was sure the loft was empty he picked up the doll unaware that it had burnt something into his hand.   

Jamie put the ladders away and ran into his small bedroom. He switched on the lights and closed his curtains and door before sitting on his bed. He ran his left hand over the doll as his right searched for his sketch-pad. He found it lying under his light pink pillow. He took his pencil from behind his ears and started to sketch the doll for his art homework. It took most of the day to complete and Jamie went to bed still completely unaware about what the doll had burnt into his hand.
