Never Ending

Chapter 1. Exes.

I packed the rest of my things in a box and went downstairs to grab something to eat.

I got downstairs and grabbed the first thing I saw, a strawberry poptart.

I sat down at the table and opened the wrapper. My sister came from her room.

"Goodmorning Mimi" she smiled rubbing her eyes

"Morning, hey can I use your car for today?" I asked hopefully.

"I suppose"she rolled her eyes playfully

I laughed "yes!, thanks sis love you" I grab the keys and run upstairs to go get ready.

I look at my packed boxes. It's going to be really hard living without Jacie. She's been everything Ive had we've been inseperable since we were little and now I'm moving three states away. I hate the thought of leaving her side but I know it's best.

I get a baby pink shirt and cardigan with my black leggings from my dresser drawer and walk to the bathroom to change.

I look in the mirror and shudder at my un brushed hair. I reach for my brush and curling iron.

After curling my hair in tight curls and brushing them out a little I do a smokey eye makeup and finish with pink lips.

Shutting off the light I go and get my combat boots and head out the door. "I'll see you later Jacie" I yell before closing the door.

As I'm getting into the car my phone buzzes.

Jacie: don't leave yet!

I sigh and go back in the house. Shes struggling to get her shoes on. "I need you to drop me by Nicks house alright?"

"Okay fine" I smile I think Nick and her make a cute couple and he treats her right. I secretly hope she marries him they've been together for a year and a half and show no signs of stopping. I always want what's best for my sister.

"Alright im ready let's go"

I drive her to Nicks large tan house. I wait until she walks in the door and leave.

I look down at my list and decide to go to the grocery store first and pick up some Advil and some girl items.

I walk into the store and grab a cart. I quickly get my stuff and get out.

As I'm walking to the car someone taps my shoulder I turn around and see my ex boyfriend Hayden.

"What the hell are you doing here" I ask sharply

"Well I just saw you here and I thought maybe we could talk."

My heart drops a little. I had loved him so much before but he left me for some other girl which isn't anything I'm not used to everyone leaves in my life so I never get to used to people coming around. That's why I'm so close to Jacie.

"No I don't think I have anything to say to you" my voice trembles. I don't want him to see me cry

"I'm sorry I hurt you" he says ignoring what I just said.

I stay silent and keep walking

"Please I just want to be in your life"

I scoff "heard that before" I can feel my heart breaking by being so stubborn toward him, I remind myself that he deserves it.

"I think it's best if you go"

"I left once I don't want to do it again".

I stop walking and turn to him holding my tears back the best I can.

Trying to be strong and bold I say "Look you made the mistake of leaving once and I'm not giving you the chance to hurt me again. I've had enough hurt for two lifetimes.." my voice cracks "I have to go"
I say turning to walk faster.

He continues to follow "Please just one more chance I didnt mean to hurt you" he pleas.

I say nothing and finnaly reach my car I unlock the door put my items in the backseat and attempt to open my door. He shuts it right away now standing directly in front of me. "Come on I know you still love me." I wince at his words.

"Hayden just go" I almost yell "you've done enough I'm done okay."

He looks slightly hurt but moves out of the way "fine but you'll regret it, I'm not giving up on you."

I shut the door and drive away.
