Ma told me I could go anywhere I wanted, except for the forest Wolfwood.
"Why can't I go into Wolfwood? I am a wolf after all. And-"
She told me I could leave the house whenever, except at night.
"-why can't I go outside at night? I thought wolves loved the night! And-"
She said I could play with my friends whenever, unless a full moon was that night.
"-why can't I play on the night of a full moon? I thought wolves loved the full moon. It says in the stories!"
I never understood the rules but I always followed them.
"Because sweety. You could get hurt or worse if you break them. Just follow them okay?"
"Okay."
I didn't know how important they were until I broke them.
"Besides, why do you ask?"
"Uh, I may have broke them last night..."
It's been twelve years since I broke the rules.
"YOU WHAT?!"
I haven't gone home in twelve years.
"Ma? Please let me back in. It's cold..."
I've stayed in Wolfwood for twelve years.
"Maybe I can stay there, the forest I wasn't supposed to enter."
I didn't know how much could change in twelve years.
"Maybe I'll come back home. One day..."
I'm going home, after twelve years.
"Yeah, I'll go back soon. Soon..."
"I'm coming home."
