This is basically just Everly's backstory just to clear some things up :p

You know that feeling when you know something's wrong but can't quite wrap your finger around it? Or like you know something's missing but you just can't seem to figure out what that something is? Well that's exactly how Everly Santiago feels. Every day.

She has memories of her childhood with Raphael being the great brother he is, taking care of her. She remembers the fun moments they've shared and all the fights that any normal sibling would have with their brother or sister. But for some odd reason, all of the years before age 16 seem not completely true. Almost made up.

She's been told by her brother Raphael that their parents passed away in a battle against demons right after she was born. Although she never got the full details. She'd beg Raphael to explain to her every detail because she was all too curious. Each time though, he'd change the subject to something completely out of the blue.

Everly knows that her brother is a vampire, she knows about every supernatural creature such as demons, shadowhunters, faeries, werewolves. Yet, it doesn't seem to scare her.

She loves her brother more than words can describe and the feeling is mutual for him as well. She's had this theory in her head ever since the day she found out that he's a vampire, which was on her seventeenth birthday. This theory is that if Raph were to turn her into one as well, she'd be able to be with him forever, instead of dying alone. It's a strange theory, really.

Of course though, Raphael wasn't easy to convince. Who would just turn their younger sibling into a vampire just because they asked them to?

Everly being one of the most stubborn human beings to walk this earth, kept begging and pleading him to turn her. In her opinion, vampires were really cool and she admired their ability to run really fast.

After all her begging, Raphael was basically forced against his own will to turn her. It was hard for him considering how much he loved her the way she was and that her becoming a supernatural creature could change who she originally was.

Or, still is. After the transition, she was the same sweet, sassy, sarcastic, and all too, loveable sister that he's grown a strong sibling bond with.

Only, now she has the capability of doing much more than a normal human being could ever do. She has a special gift that came with her vamp speed and thirst for blood...
