I'm going to start writing a teen fiction story soon it will be my first story so expect the chapters to be short. I'm going to try to do 2500 words or more to begin with my first few chapters may only make it around a thousand words because those chapters are more to introduce characters. I have had this plot in my google docs for at least a year and a half if not more by now. This book is not really based on real life events and neither are characters although I believe a few of my characters are slightly modeled after a few of my close friends from school as far as looks but not personalities at all. I do however see a bit of my self in the main character Alex Smalls & a bit of an old friend of mine in Alex Thomas. & I've got my old laptop to work for now so we will see how this goes.
Also before I start this book I will put up a character list with their nicknames & real names so hopefully it will be less confusing as our main characters share a name they will go by various nicknames. They will also both only go by the Nickname Alex until they meet & begin to share friends a few chapters in.
p.s. I've decided to rate this content as mature because it will have scenes in it that involve vulgar language, parties with alcohol, sex, & drug use. Although those will only be a few scenes they are still there and I thought it appropriate to rate the story as mature even though most of it is not. Love you loads -Cas.
