Untitled Part 1

  Beep! Beep ! Beep Beep Beep. I wake up in a strange room after the surgery is done there was some strange thing in my arm so i  pulled it out. All i hear is my mom yelling to my dad "Patrick! Patrick! get the nurse Viv's heart monitor stopped working!  Get the nurse so she can save our daughters life!" "Allyson calm down we new that there was a one in five change that Viv wouldn't make it. The nurse was notified so just calm down" "I cant calm down Patrick, our daughters life is at stake and all you are doing is saying calm down. That's just it i wont calm down, if you were a decent parent like i am you would be as worried as i am."  luckly the nurse came in right then she looked at me and then said " i'm sorry Allyson and Patrick it doesn't look like your daughter is alive." " see i told you, maybe if you would have listened to me and got the nurse..." i interupted her right there " what are you talking about i'm not dead."  everyone fell silent and looked at me. " i woke up and there was a weird cord in me so i pulled it out" " dont ever do that again Viv you scared me to death" my mom said.

 lather that night my mom asked me how its was i said that I don't remember much about being in the surgery room, all I remember is before it. Everyone told me that I wouldn't remember anything before it but I guess that I am special.

Let me explain what's going on, In our world when ever you are twelve you get surgery that's what they call it anyway but it's the law and you have to get this done on you. No one ever talks about It because no one remembers before it and during it. This procedure is done because the rulers they call them don't want people smarter then them so they take out people trains of thought and control what they can remember. Everyone is always talking about how every one thousand years their will be a person that can stop them i feel like i am that person.

the next day i went to school like usual. but little did i know the next couple months would be everything but normal. "hey Viv howd it go? " "was it terrifying? " " can you remember anything?"asked my best friend Alice. Alice was a year younger then everyone in my grade so she was the only one that hadn't gad the surgery yet. " good it was fine" i said. "Listen i need to talk to you  in private meet me at the fountains at ten tonight." "why?"  she said " it doesn't matter just do it." " but would if my parents..." "Just Do IT!" " Okay  see you at ten."

Like she promised she was there at ten, when she asked what we were doing i knew i had to tell her i told her about how i was the one and how we needed to stop the rulers. So we set up a plan the plan was to leave tonight, we would both stop at our houses get what we needed and did what we had to do.

i went home and got enough clothes for two weeks because i didn't know how long it would take do everything. then i left a note for my mom and dad and left for the fountains. I waited there for a least twenty minutes starting to wonder if Alice got caught or if she tried to ditch me but she showed up. When i asked her what happened she said that she had to explain to her parents what happened her parents said it was okay as long as we stayed safe. Little did we know that it was a horrible idea to tell them and leave the note because the rulers say the thoughts and were warned that a threat was coming.
