3rd Person P.O.V.
Dan jumped around the apartment giddily, gathering his belongings together.
Phil walked up behind him, wrapping his arms around his waist.
“Excited then?” the older mused.
The brunette giggled, turning and kissing his friend, “Yeah! I haven’t seen these guys in ages! If I’d know they lived so close I would’ve slept over sooner.”
A look of seriousness passed over the black haired man’s face, “I don’t mean to be a party pooper Dan, but are you sure you’ll be ok? I mean, do you have your night light?”
A blush crept up on the younger as he pulled a small, plug-in object out of his bag, “Y-yeah…I got it…”
The latter smiled and kissed the blushes off his friend’s cheeks, “Don’t be embarrassed Dan, everyone is scared of something!”
Dan squirmed out of the other’s arms, “Yeah. But not everyone has a crippling phobia, Phil! It isn’t fucking normal!”
Phil sighed, placing a hand on his friend’s shoulder, “I know Dan…I’m sorry…”
The tan skinned male smiled softly, “It’s ok Phil. It isn’t like it’s your fault or anything. I better finish packing.”

As the pair pulled up to the apartment complex, Dan reached into the backseat for his backpack, mind clouded with joy.
The car slowed to a stop, shuddering slightly.
The black haired lad took a deep breath and turned to his companion, “Have fun, ok? Make sure to call me if anything happens.”
The younger leaned over, kissing Phil’s nose, “Of course. Don’t worry about me, ok? I’m gonna have fun.”
And with that, Dan climbed out of the car and scampered into the lobby of the apartment building.

“Ok, ok! Anyone up for a movie?” Charlie asked, glancing around the room at the small group of boys.
Alex smiled, jumping up, “Of course! What should we watch?”
Dan beamed, “How about My Neighbor Totoro?”
Harsh laughter rang out from the corner. Dan turned to see Luke staring at him with a cruel smiled stamped on his smug face, “Totoro? What kind of puff are you? Oi! Turn on The Ring, will you? Or maybe Silent Hill?”
Dan shifted in his seat slightly, mumbling, “Phil always watches Totoro with me.”
Alex looked over, noticing Dan’s distress, “How about something a little less scary, mate? Or at least a cheesy horror movie?”
Charlie smiled, “I have Hellraiser.”

The young brunette stared at the television, eyes wide. He glanced around the room to find that Charlie and Alex were asleep, curled into one another.
“Well that was a waste of my time,” Luke spat out from his place in the corner.
Rolling his eyes, Dan grabbed a blanket and spread it over his two sleeping friends before turning to Luke, “I’m gonna head off to bed.”
“Whatever.”
“Well…can I use the back bedroom?”
“I don’t give a shit what you do, Howell.”
