It was 6:00 in the morning. Maya was as tired as ever. Today was the 15th of January so today was a Sunday. Yes! No school! Maya was thinking as she pulled the covers off her. Whenever waking up Maya thinks about yesterday. But not today, she didn't want to think about yesterday at all, it would make her feel really sick. As she stood up she had a pain in her stomach. She walked out to the living to watch some TV. Nothing interesting was on so she went to sit down at the table in the kitchen. There she spotted her mother walking into the kitchen. "Want any breakfast love?" her mother said as she opened the cabinet. Maya never usually ate any breakfast anyway, but today she didn't know what was wrong . Maybe it was because of yesterday! She thought until she remembered the question her mother asked her, "No thank you I have a stomach ache. I think I might go down to the cafe for a coffee."
"Ok love, bye!" Her mother said as Maya closed the door.
