Not interested - A Jariana story♡

Chapter One ♡ - Somethings different..

(First time writing! I'm sorry lol, it's awful but I'll try and improve xx)

"Ariana!" I heard a familiar voice yell. "Get up!". I groaned, turned over to the other side of the bed and checked my phone.
06:57am
My eyes widened, as I live quite a distance away from school I need to be up and ready at least before 07:10am. Sounds daft but I walk to school, there's a forest just at the end of my street which leads you to the back of the school. I hate getting the school bus with all them idiots which unfortunately attend my school, that's mainly why I've been walking to school these past 3 years.
I did my usual routine and made my way downstairs. "Wow, don't look too excited to be back at school" said my uncle Jeff with a chuckle, I laughed back sarcastically and said my goodbyes. I started my usually daily walk through the forest, it was a gorgeous morning like most days. My thoughts were interrupted by the sound of a twig snapping, usually I wouldn't be bothered but it was a very loud snap as only small animals live in these woods. I couldn't see anything, I just heard slight footsteps getting further and further away. Strange I thought, as I never really hear anyone walking through here on a morning. I brushed it off and hurried on my way to school.
I met up with my best friend Sofia, I always feel so insecure around her as she is the perfect ideal height and I'm only 5"2. She has an amazing slim figure and gorgeous long blond hair. She's basically model material, hence why she gets boyfriends and I don't. I on the other hand wasn't that slim, and my hair was long but it was just light brown. She's a great person though and I wouldn't be able to cope without her.
"Hey girl! How ya doing?" asked Sophie with a smile, her usually cheery self. "I'm doing okay thanks" I answered back with a small smile. She nodded, "Apparently, there's this new guy in school, some have being saying he's very cute whilst others say he's a bit of a freak". I frowned at the freak part, his first day and he's already getting crap. "Guess will have to see for ourselves what he's like".

It was approaching the end of the day and I hadn't seen this supposedly new guy at all, it was still playing on my mind how some were calling him a freak. I wanted too talk to him and make sure he was alright in case he'd heard any of these things. The end of the day bell rang and I soon packed up my belongings and headed home. As I was walking I noticed someone else through the bushes walking too, they had their hood up and were wearing a backpack. I was trying too get a look of their face incase it was someone I knew from school but I soon let out of shriek as I collided with the floor.
