The next morning I shift back into my human form my clothes are soaked from the floor. I cringe as I see mason walk up to my cage. "Hello Marina, you look well sis." He says in a cooing voice I walk toward the bars of the cage shaking. "Mason Please Let me out I am sorry." I say tears in my eyes he shakes his head. " I am sorry darling you have been a naughty girl and deserve to be punished.." He says with a cruel smile seeming to enjoy himself. He then walks away and I fall to my knees for the first time in my life feeling weak. "Because of you she is gone, heather died because of you Marina and I want you to feel the pain you have caused me!" I hear him say as he leaves the room

I begin to cry and lean my head against the wall..and then I was living it again that day my whole life changed.

It was early may and the forest around the pack house was filled with life. It had been a hard week with the girls having ear infections. Heather and I were bored and Sophia was at school. We lay in her room laughing on the alpha king size bed. We were having ice tea cookies and were both dressed in light summer dresses that heather had talked me into wearing. We were going to have a girl's day I had begged her for us to go out and she had agreed only if I would go buy a mating dress. The mating moon was coming up and I guess she had hopes that I would finally settle down. Ha like that would ever happen but I humored her. We went out to the boutiques in town and she had made me try on dress after dress till she finally found two we both absolutely loved. We were feeling mischievous so we went for a run and were attacked. We fought and were beaten and I remember passing out and waking up wearing one of the mating dresses I was covered in blood and heather was gone we never found her body..
