1: Birthday party...or Adventure in Hell???

Authors note: Hey guys, this is my story that I'm currently writing. I will try to have a new part every week. Let me know if you guys like it because I'm new at this. Thanks everyone!

I'm laying on the cold grass, going into the light thinking, "Second times a charm".

Okay, let me back up a bit. I'm Serena Evelyn, or at least I used to be. Now I'm Calley Brandon. I'm 18 years old. When I was Serena, I was 21 years old. You're probably confused right now so I'm gonna start from the beginning and explain it all.

"Serena, let's go," my best friend Chasity yelled.

"I'm comin', I'm comin'."

We were on our way to a club for my 21st birthday. I didn't think anything would happen. It's a club. Everyone goes to clubs. Boy was I wrong about nothing happening.

I walked downstairs in a black mini dress that flows at the bottom. I had on fishnet tights and black combat boots. If you couldn't already tell, I'm not really a girly-girl at all.

While Chasity on the other hand is the total opposite. She was wearing a sparkly pink, homecoming looking, short, fluffy dress. She's totally a girly-girl. But we're still best friends, like everyone always says, opposites attract.

I had on a necklace that had vampire fangs on it. I also had on skull earrings and a bat bracelet.

I laughed, "I look like I'm 18 again."

"With the makeup, hair, and clothes. You really do. Do I look like I'm 23?"

"Not at all. I guess we did a good job!"

"I guess we did."

We got into the car and drove to "La Vista", a Hispanic club. It's midnight by the time we get there. My brown hair is shining in the moonlight. I walked in as my caramel eyes sparkled against the club lights.

I looked over at Chasity. We smiled at each other and ran over to the dance floor.

We had been dancing for two hours straight, "I'm gonna go to the bathroom," I said.

"Okay," Chasity said while walking over to the bar.

Me going to the bathroom is where it all went wrong.
