The Art Case

   I wake up with a startling jolt to find myself sitting on a chair in a blank white room. In front of me is a black table with two objects set on top of it. There is a blank piece of paper, and a small wooden case. With curiosity, my eyes shift over to focus on the mysterious box.

   The wood is painted with a solid gray tone that looks like the sky on a gloomy day. On the front region of the case is a metal handle. And there are two locks; one on either side of the handle. I click open the locks, and lift the lid to reveal what is inside. My eyes widen at the extraordinary sight of treasures that lay before me. There is a mini wooden manikin along with a couple of erasers and many other fancy art tools. There is also many different shading sticks that are pastel and made of charcoal. But aside from all of these other fascinating tools, the one thing that interested me the most was the variety of pencils. There were many different colored pastel ones, pencils that were made of charcoal, and regular drawing pencils.

I begin to feel a spark of interest for this art form as I stare back and forth at the white sheet of paper and the art case. Slowly, I lift up my hand to carefully choose a pencil. After brushing my fingers over each one numerous times, I stop at the right one. I pick up the pencil and bring the sheet of paper closer to me, and I begin to bring the beautiful scenery in my mind to life...
