Scott's POV:
Scott was in Vincent's office. A younger man sat across from him. Vincent was out watching the kids and making sure nothing went wrong, while Scott did the interview.
"Mr...Schmidt, is it?"
"Yes sir." He had on a nice black suit, with a black bow tie. You could tell that someone else had dressed him and he wasn't used to being in a suit. He looked professional, besides the fact he had a red beanie on.
"Well Mr. Schmidt, what are you hear for?" He looked at him already knowing the answer.
"The night guard shift."
Scott felt a grin spread across his face. "Oh terrific! We always need them.. they never seem to stay long..we pay good." Scott held back a chuckle.
" What do you mean they never stay long? What happens to them? "
Scott chuckled lightly. " Just as I said, they don't stay long. They move along. But don't worry, any rumors that have been spread around, none are true. Take it from me." He felt his grin spread out more.
The other seemed to sigh in relief. "Oh good! 'Cause some pretty crazy rumors have been spread about this place!"
"Such as?" Scott leaned closer putting his elbows on the desk staring the other down.
"Well, that night guards never return home, and a guy murdered children and forced them to work here as spirits...and they try to kill you! But thank God they aren't true!"
Scott tensed up a little, before nodding. " Of course they aren't! They're all made up! Stuff like that is impossible!" The other chuckled nodding as well. " Well, Mr. Schmidt, I think you have the job." Scott stood up grabbing a uniform for him. The other stood up taking it and nodded.
" Thank you, and please, call me Mike."
Scott smiled softly before nodding. "See you tonight, at midnight, Mike." Mike grinned nodding and walking out of the office. Scott sat back down smirking darkly. "Welcome to the dark side..." He chuckled before shaking his head.
