"Hey mom," said Pedro. "I'm done picking the basket of blueberries like you asked me to." He had been there for hours. "Oh lovely," she said. "Now I can make the blueberry muffins! Thank you Pedro!" She took the basket and walked off to the kitchen and started baking.
"Oh, these are going to be so good," she exclaimed.
Pedro went outside to play with his twin sister, Maria. They played hide and seek, then they picked flowers, and then they chased each other around for a few hours. "Pedro and Maria," there mom said. The muffins are ready and cooled down for you to eat now. "Oh yes," said Maria as she and Pedro rushed inside the house. They sat down at the table and ate their muffins. "This is delicious," said Pedro licking his lips. "You said it," Maria exclaimed.
"Guys," said the mom. I cannot find the keys. Did one of you put them somewhere, or do you guys know where they are? "Oh no," said Pedro. I must've left the keys somewhere in the blueberry fields when I was picking blueberries for you. "You what?" Mom asked. "Pedro, you have to go find those keys now. Before it's too late." Pedro took a bite of the blueberry muffin and then he headed for the door. "Yes mom," he said as he left to the fields.
He searched everywhere. He searched all over the grounds, and all over the bushes until he could find them. It took hours, but he was able to find it. He held it in his hands for a few seconds, and then it flew out of his hands. Sure enough, it was the wicked witch. She cackled, then flew away. "You'll never get this key back!" The wicked witch said as she flew away. "Hey give that back," said Pedro. That's mine.
