My Brothers Killer

Chapter 1:Before it all

"Good morning." said my Mom. "Good morning." I said half asleep. "Laura do you know what day it is?" She said. "It's Ryan's Birthday!" I said so excited. Ryan is my 13 year old brother who is now 14. "Yes are you going to bake his cake?" Mom said. "Yes I love baking Birthday cakes."I said as I got out of my bed. "I know honey." "Now get dressed you still have school." She said. "Okay I wish-" I took a long pause. "What is it Laura?" Mom said in a concerned voice. "I just wish Dad was here." I said feeling sad. "I know, maybe he will be here, just a little late."  She said trying to make me feel better. My Dad was out of town for business he missed Ryan's Birthday party last year,which made Ryan very upset. "Yeah I hope so it would mean so much to Ryan." I said picking out my clothes. After I got done dressing, my Mom and I went in my brothers room to surprise him. "Okay ready, one...two...three Happy Birthday!!" We shouted. "Happy Birthday little bro." I said."Thank you." He said."I wish I didn't have to go to school on my Birthday. " "Just because its your Birthday doesn't mean you don't have to go to school now you better get ready for school cause your going." Mom said. "Okay fine." Ryan said.  

After Ryan got ready we walked to school, which we live just a block away from. "All right Ryan see you after school." I said walking to the high school. "K bye." He said. "Bye." I said as I was walking towards my friend's. "Hey." said my friend Jessica. "Hey are we still going to the movies tomorrow?" I asked. "Yeah" said Chelsea, my other friend. "K can't wait, should we invite Sarah?" I asked, Sarah is our friend who is in 10th grade a grade below us. "Yeah lets go ask her" Jessica said. "Okay lets go." said Chelsea. "K lets go , oh there she is, Sarah!!" I yelled to get her attention, she was on the other side of school. "What!!" Sarah yelled back. We started walking towards her then we  finally caught up to Sarah. "You want to go to the movies with us tomorrow?" Jessica asked. "Yeah let me call my Mom and ask her." Sarah responded. She got her phone out of her pocket and called her Mom. "Mom can I go to the movies tomorrow with Laura, Jessica, and Chelsea?" She asked her Mom. "Ask if you can spend the night at my house to." I said. "Also can I spend the night at Laura's house?" She asked. "K thanks." She then got off the phone. "She said yes."  Sarah said. "Yes!" We all said in unison. The Bell rang and we went to class.

After school Jessica, Sarah, Chelsea, and I hung out at the park where we usually hung out. "So what movie are we going to see?" Sarah asked. "We are going to see whatever's playing." I said. "K." Sarah said. After a while I was ready to go. "Y'all guys want to go to my house now?" I asked, since they were all going to spend the night. "Yeah lets go I'm starting to get hungry." Chelsea said while patting her stomach. "Okay when we get there will order a pizza cause I'm hungry too." I said. "Me too." Said Jessica. "Me three." Sarah said. "K lets go then." I said walking to my car while they followed and then we got in.

When we arrived at my house we ordered a pizza then watched TV and played video games for an hour. We were having so much fun I almost forgot that I needed to make my brothers Birthday cake. "Hey I need to bake my brothers Birthday cake for his surprise party, do you guys want to help me?" I asked. "Yeah I love baking." Sarah said. "No I'm not good at baking I'll burn down the house if I cook, I almost burnt down the house when I made toast." Jessica said. "I'll help baking is my specialty." Chelsea said. "Okay Jessica play some music while we bake." I said while looking for the pans and ingredients. "Okay what do you guys want to listen to?" Jessica asked. "Something with a good bass." Chelsea said. "Yeah." I said as I found all the stuff. While the music played Sarah, Chelsea, and I baked the cake. When we got done we iced the cake and when we were finally done we danced around and waited till it was time for the party.

It was almost time for the party."All right now lets go to the party." I said. "Yeah lets go party!!" Sarah shouted. "Whoo lets go to a little kids fucking kids Birthday party." Chelsea said. "Hey whats the matter with you?" I asked considering that she was happy an hour ago. "It's my brothers Birthday party." "Well I don't want to go I'm just not really in the mood to party, I'm a little tired from baking and dancing. You understand right?" Chelsea said. "Yeah, well you can stay here then and wait for Ryan to come home." I said. "Okay have fun." Chelsea said. "Call me when Ryan gets home okay?" I asked her. "Yeah okay I will." She responded. "Thanks bye." I said. "Bye." She said. I went outside to start the car while Sarah and Jessica were still inside. "Do you want me to bring you some cake?" Sarah asked. "I don't know." She said. "I will anyway, okay." Sarah said because she was the nice one out of the group. "Okay." Chelsea said. "Bye." Sarah said. "Bye." Jessica said. "See you guys later." Chelsea said. "Come on lets go I want to help my mom set up!" I shouted. "Okay we're coming." Jessica said. After they got in the car we went to the party.
