Angel of the day

Chapter 1: The Move

We're on are way to fall-coast I just moved from Brooklyn that's 19 hours away. My name is Hayden prizer I'm 17  I have dark brown hair and BLUE eyes. Im sitting in the back seat of my moms SUV of course my annoying little brother jake is sitting beside me singing twinkle twinkle little star.

"Mom can you please tell jake to shut up" I said as I looked away from the window to her                            "Hayden, jake is just 5 years old leave him alone" my stepfather said as he turned down summer wald street. I hate my stepfather he's....he's...I just can't explain right now.                                                                     "Mom I was talking to you" I questioned her as I ignored my stepfather                                                                 "Hayden how about when we get to the new house you get first choice out of the rooms if you please just leave your brother alone" my mom said  'whatever' I whispered under my breath.                                     I pulled my iPhone 5s out from my sweat pants pocket. I turned  my phone on and saw that I had 2 text messages from by friend  Jess 

*hey I miss you already hope you can text me back soon* she texted.                                                                    * sorry I finally got internet reception but I'll text you when I get to my new house* I texted back and put my phone back in my pocket.   "How much more longer till the new house" I asked                                   " we're just about 2 minutes away" my stepfather responded            

Of course I didn't want to listen to his voice but I did anyway few seconds later I felt the car stopped and looked out my side of the window it's huge he pulled into the driveway I unbuckled my seat belt and opened the door of the car. I walked into the house I seen a spiral staircase I ran up the stairs to the 4th floor and I walked down the hall and opened the second door this room was huge there was a bathroom too.   "HAYDEN" my mom yelled  "WHAT" I yelled back. "COME AND GET YOUR THINGS" she answered back I ran down the stairs and outside and walked to the u-hall and opened it up and grabbed 4 boxes with my name on it.  I walked towards the door and up the stairs to my new room I placed the boxes down and ran back to the u-hall.    My stepdad was there "when's my furniture getting here" I asked meanly  " it should get here Tomorrow morning " he acknowledged me "oh" I said and grabbed the rest of my boxes and walked Through the the door and up the stairs.

I walked through my bedroom door and placed the boxes down and closed the door I opened a box with my close in it and searched for my dark grey sweat pants and my white t-shirt and walked to the bathroom and placed them on the counter were the sink is and I noticed that I didn't have a towel 

"Damn it " I snarled and walked out of room and down the stairs to the kitchen were my mom was I ran into the kitchen I stopped dead in my tracks "eewwww get a room you too" I said as I was being discusted my there 'thing' they have going on right now "sorry honey...is there something you need" my mother asked as she started to laugh me "yes there is I need a towel I'm having a sower" I said as I crossed my arms and shifted my weight to my right leg " there in that box right there " my mom pointed to the box by the fridge. I opened the box and grabbed a towel I walked back up stairs to my room I closed my door and opened another box and grabbed my speaker and  walked to th washroom I closed the door I took my sweater off and turned the water on I put some music on and undressed and got in the shower.

I washed my hair and got out I dried my hair and got dressed I walked out of the washroom I put my black convers on and grabbed my black sweater and my phone I searched through my boxes and I finally found my ear buds, my white bandana and I went down stairs.

"I'm going for a walk I'll be back soon" I shouted  "wait take the dog with you" my mom shouted back at me I called my dog over she's a German Shepard her name is queen I grabbed her leach and attached it to her collar then I walked out the door I started to jog down the street queen running with me. I turn around the corner and stopped running I was breathing heavily out of breath.

"Screw this "I said and turned around and ran back home i walked in the drive way and noticed that the other u-hall was here "sweet " I said with smile on my face I walked in the house I undid queens leach and walked in to the kitchen I walked up to my stepdad and took my hood of and crossed my arms "I thought the furniture is comming tomorrow morning"I had asked "well it's suppos to come tomorrow I guess not" he answered back "MOM MOVING TRUCK IS HERE" I said before I walked out the door " YOUR GOING TO SCHOOL THEN TOMORROW" she yelled back I walked out the door and I seen that the moving guys were bring my bed frame in so I guided them to my room by the time they were done moving my things to my room it was already 5:30pm. I ran down the stairs and into the kitchen I see jake playing with his Chinese food. I walked to the counter and grabbed my food and went up to my room. I shut my door and sat on my couch i opened the box and started to eat my chicken balls with my chopsticks, I grabbed my remote for my tv and turned it on. I put on the tv show scandal.

I got up of the couch and put my pjs on then I heard a knock at my door I walked and opened it "yes" I said as i opened the door "it's bed time" my mother said "I know I'm getting ready " I said as I welcomed her in. "Your room looks nice...and you even got a bathroom"she looked at me with one eye brow up " you said any room in the house and I chose this one" I said as I walked into the washroom and started to brush my teeth. When I finished I gave my mom a hug and a kiss and crawled into bed. My mom turned the lights of as she walked out the door I waited till she was downstairs I pulled my phone out from my night stand I turned it on it was 10:30 pm I swiped the screen and typed my password in and went straight to messages and texted Jess.

No answer of course typical Jess so I plugged in my phone and placed it down and then minutes later I fell asleep.
