Your eyes started getting tired, so you rubbed them, furrowing your eyebrows and groaning as you started to wonder when the program you were watching was going to be over.
Big Bang was guest starring on this live music variety show, and your boyfriend Jiyong was adamant about you watching it. All the way through, telling you there would be something at the end you just couldn't miss. The program was over an hour long and you were getting tired of just sitting in front of the television. He wouldn't know if you didn't finish it, right? You could just lie and tell him you watched it.
But, you wouldn't know how to react about the thing at the end that you just couldn't miss, according to him, so you reluctantly decided to wait it through to the end. But to your surprise and relief, the interviewer began expressing how wonderful it was to have Big Bang on his show, and how they needed to come back more often.
It was ending! You thought excitedly, leaning forward on the couch as you put your elbows on your knees, focusing intently so you wouldn't miss whatever Jiyong wanted you to see.
The interviewer told them to say something to the camera, whatever they wanted, whether it was a message to their fans, or a random word. It was something he always made his guests do at the end of his show.
Taeyang went first and he said the usual thing about how much he loved and appreciated his fans. Daesung was next, and he said something similar to Taeyang. Seungri went, and he gave a short but funny speech, saying how the VIPS were his 'everything' which earned laughter from everyone around him. TOP said a simple thank you to everyone who helped them get to where they were today, and then it was your boyfriends turn. You narrowed your eyes and listened carefully, assuming this was what he wanted you to pay attention to.
Jiyong smiled bashfully at the camera, like he always did in situations like this. "Um, thank you to all of the fans. You've helped us achieve so much, we owe it all to you." He earned a simple round of applause for his words like the others did, but he wasn't done yet. He quickly blurted out a random date and winked at the camera, immediately hiding his mouth behind the back of his hand as he broke out into laughter. The interviewer smiled in confusion and everyone in the crowd stared at him, befuddled, but the other four members were suddenly laughing right along with him.
You, on the other hand, had slammed yourself back against the couch in surprise and your cheeks immediately reddened at the 'random date' he decided to blurt out to the entire nation.
It, in fact, wasn't a random date at all. It was the date he had set for when he was going to.... take your virginity. Yes, he actually set a date on when he was going to do it. And he liked to remind you about it whenever he could, always leaving you blushing whenever he did it. He would explain to you how good he was going to make you feel, and how you would truly feel his love for you like you've never felt it before. And you believed him, without a doubt. However, you were still nervous, still.. scared. You knew it wasn't going to be all pleasurable. You knew it was going to hurt before it felt good, and that terrified you for some reason.
You've been in a relationship with Jiyong for six months now, but you've known him for a couple of years, having met him through Daesung, who was your brother's best friend. Jiyong knew what kind of person you were before you two started dating, so he knew there wasn't going to be anything sexual between the two of you for at least a little while. You had a tremendous amount of respect for yourself, and didn't by any means want to give yourself up to a guy that would be gone the next day. You wanted to be sure he genuinely cared about you, and didn't just want to get his hands on something no one else had yet. However, your abstinence in the relationship wasn't even decided by you, he set the rules as soon as you got together, before you even could. He had told you he wanted to wait, to prove to you he really loved you, and not just your untouched body. That's when you kind of knew he was the one.
