I always tell myself every time I see a person fall in love, whether to the mail man, the doctor, the teacher, the seatmate or the bestfriend, that I hope all goes well with my mates that I told you before and may the universe conspire for them to be really together. Sometimes not all goes well, even though I make it the best of the ending, let's face it; not all people are satisfied with every ending whether in the book or in the movies. But, there's a difference, this is reality.
Let's meet Ally.
Ally is a girl starting fresh for college is University of Eclesians. She is a happy-go-lucky girl who made friends all the time. I watched her grew through the years and that childish side of her never did go away. But, as the saying goes every time will come that one has to mature. We'll witness her mature into this person because of the trials in life. Ally is an only child and a child from a broken family. I guess there is more to love needed to make a relationship last. Her mother though gave all the love she needed and raised her in a home filled with rainbows and unicorns. Until he falls for the one wrong thing. That boy.
That boy, Theo.
Theo is the certified boy next door. Also starting fresh at the University of Eclesians only a year higher than Ally. He is the lonely boy inside but playful and funny on the outside. He is great playing the guitar and is the lead of a band in the University. Many adores him and loves him but, he only loves one person in the world at that time. You'll know more of her later on. He was raised by a loving and whole family and is the youngest among 2 brothers.
So, how did their paths intertwined? Let's start with Ally.
Ally is getting through everything she needed for college. Even though she got everything she needed, she checks her bag just to be sure. I know she's nervous. She has confidence in her but, it's a new environment, that's every reaction when you're encountering something new in life.
"Stop checking your bag Ally! You've got everything in there!" Ally's Mom.
"I know Mommy, I guess I'm nervous. It's a new school and yeeesh! I know no one." Ally said.
"Everything starts with no one, you're good at making friends! I bet you'll have someone tomorrow." Her mom said.
"I surely hope so. I don't wanna be the loner one in the start of college." Ally replied.
"Then you better sleep now, big day tomorrow." Her mom said.
"Okay, wish me luck tomorrow. Goodnight mom." Ally said.
Ally kissed her mom goodnight and head up stairs in her room. She let out a big sigh and just slack herself on the bed. I know what she's saying in her head. She's hoping for a good day tomorrow. I'm going to give her the best start of the day. So please universe, bear with me.
She got her phone and put the playlist on. Ally is a bit of a 50's girl. She has a soul of an 80 year old in a body of a 19 year old. Her favorite band of all time is The Beatles and Beegees. Practically she loves the old songs that her dad and mom use to listen to when she was younger, and she don't care, she love it. Then she just falls asleep instantly. Yep, big day tomorrow Ally.
On the other hand,
"I can't get it bro." Theo said whilst learning a new technique on the guitar. He's with he's bestest of bro's; Carl the bassist, Lance the vocals also the rhythm guitarist, Robin the pianist (a girl, the only girl on the band), and John the drummer.
"You should just sleep bro, or other wise the guitar may eat you later. Hahahaha!" Carl said, of course messing with his concentration.
"Yeah bro, like when your bass is eating you every practice." Theo back at him.
"What time should we be at the University?" Said Lance. He is the matured one of the band and the oldest by 3 years. He is the one to remind everyone to study first then band later.
"You Robin? What time would you be going?" Asked Theo.
"Uhmm, early I guess. We're welcoming new comers. Gonna be fun!" Robin said.
Theo just smirked at Robin. "I'll go first bro, we should be early tomorrow."
Theo walked himself home. He like to look at the stars. Earphones on listening to The Beatles as well. He is also an oldies person. He enjoyed it as well. He liked it more, it has more soul and feeling according to him. He looked straight at the night sky, the stars are really bright this night. The breeze is cold in his face, it's comforting for him.
"Ma! Theo's here!" He's older brother shouted. He's name is Ted.
"Yup, you don't have to shout it out big bro. My head is aching!" Theo said.
"Why? Have you eaten yet? You're always practicing, studies first okay?" His mom said.
"I know Ma, I'm just gonna head to the room now. Early tomorrow, goodnight Ma,bro." Theo said.
He also kissed her mother goodnight and head straight to his room.
He put his electric guitar down and looked at it. He's thinking of someone else. I know it, I can see it in his eyes. He's wishing of something, he want to see someone tomorrow. Someone special. He'll see her eventually, the universe works on it.
He checked his phone if he's got any messages. None. He then set the playlist and lay down flatly on the bed. He can't sleep but he's forcing it. Eventually then, he falls asleep.
They are both sleeping soundly, earphones with the beatles on.
