"She shoots she scores the crowd goes wild, she wins the gold medal for Canada!" Julia screamed.
Nicole loved her best friend and teammate Julia. They've know each other since they were 3 and share the same love for hockey.
"Can you believe that we've been waiting forever for hockey season to start and tryouts are tomorrow." I said.
"I know I'm so excited, I don't think I'll be able to sleep tonight!" Julia said.
"Well you better or you'll die when Coach Amy makes you do a billion laps." I said.
Julia chuckled,"Anyways I have to head home or I'll miss supper, it's taco night! Bye!" Julia screamed while heading home.
I went inside and changed into my PJ's and did some last minute touch ups to my assignment, then got ready for bed. I knew that I better get a good night rest if I wanted to do really well tomorrow at tryouts.
