Names.
I've been called plenty.
Nigger. That's my least favorite. When people call me that..I just get so angry. My blood boils, my hands get sweaty..and it's all because of that name.
But that doesn't define who i am.
My name is Eliza Kingston and I'm 17 years old. My mom passed away when My sister was born, and my dad...well, he's an alcholic. He's always getting locked up for dui's and stuff like that.
So I live with my sister, Evelyn. She has 3 kids. She's only 16. I tried to tell her that what she was doing was wrong. She never listened.
I go to Harlem High School. A predominately white school. Meaning, I'm the only black girl in my junior class.
Meaning, that the names get worse. Everyday.
