The View, The View, The View are on Fire!

Start from the beginning

Liam and I spent a little while longer at the store before heading out to see the city. When it came time, he took me to dinner.

"You enjoyin' yourself?" He asked as we sat at the table.

"Oh yeah." I replied. "Thanks for inviting me."

"Thanks for comin'. Didn't want nobody else here but you."

I smiled shyly at that. It was nice to feel so special.

After dinner, we spent a little time out exploring the night life. Then it was finally time to retire for the evening. Liam only rented us one hotel room but said there'd be separate beds. And separate bedrooms for that matter since it was "so fuckin' huge".

"Aw shit!" He exclaimed when we arrived in the room and saw there was only one bed. A big bed of course but still just one.

"I can tell 'em we wanna fuckin' change rooms." He offered.

"No it's alright." I assured him. "Besides, it's not like we haven't shared a bed before."

            He smirked at me.

"What?" I said trying to sound a bit like an American version of him. "If you think I'm gonna sleep on the couch you're fuckin' trippin'!"

He chuckled. "Alright." He said as he threw his hands up in acknowledgement before going into the bathroom.

We both changed into our pajamas and got into bed. We sat there awkwardly for a couple minutes not saying anything.

Then Liam broke out into a surprising number by The View, changing the lyrics a bit to suit our situation.

Regulars reach for wonders desires,

Fed up with rain n forest fires,

There's nothing bold enough to say there is nothing at all

These days are going fine, she's not a friend of mine,

There's nothing said so sweet,

Can anyone hear me?

I never wrote these lines see there rise from beyond,

See a friend of mine has a gift of song,

Delivered well, delivered clear my bird is singing in my ear

I have a Jules of a bird,

Sits in my pocket whispers to me wonderful words,

The most magnificent words,

She puts the pen and the paper in my hand,

Says things she does not think I understand,

But I know better than her

I couldn't stop smiling. I also couldn't let him finish the song. It was too sweet and I was too fired up.

"Whoa!" He exclaimed as I forcefully planted my lips on his. "Jules, should we-"

"Yes we should." I said through kissing.

I grabbed the back of his head and we flipped around so I could lie on my back.

Liam hovered over top of me and put his tongue in my mouth. He wrapped it around mine and took the lead.
