Marks pov

I get out and slam my door shut to my car.i just got back from my parents house and got in a fight with my dad nothing new he's always an ass. I got kicked out of my parents house when I was 16 and now live with my best friend chase,I have been friends with him ever since I punched the guy who bullied him in 5th grade.

I look to the left and notice the house next to us and see the sale sign has a sticker on it that says 'SOLD'.thats fucking great! I hate neighbors they are always complaining about us being to noisy. What do you except we are two teenage guys who love to party!!

I walk up to the door and notice it's locked meaning chase isn't here. I grab my keys and unlock the door and slam it shut still pissed about what happened with my parents. I walk up the stairs to my bed room and see a sticky note from chase 'Hey bud went to Stacy's house won't be back for couple of days'. Stacy is his girlfriend they have been together for about a year or so.

I tear down the note and walk in my room and throw it in the little trash. I turn around and swing open my glass doors going out and on to my balcony and taking out my cigarettes and lighting one. A little relaxed I look around and see a girl on her balcony checking me out. I smirk and see that she's wearing old converse, grey sweat pants and a black tank top that fits on her toned body perfectly but not slutty.she has long brown chocolate hair that goes down to her waist.

She looks up and notice that I caught her checking me out she puts her head down trying to hide her deep red blush on her cheeks. This makes me smile more. 'Ahem' I cough to get her attention . She looks up and the thing I notice about her first are her forest green eyes filled with emotion but I can't tell what it is....

"Hey I'm mark what's your name beautiful?'' I ask putting on my charm.she just stands there and stares at me like she didn't think I would ever talk to her. I raise my eyebrow at her and she sighs holding up her finger as in telling me 'one sec' I scrunch up my eyebrows together in confusion but do as I'm told. She goes over to a brown wooden desk and it looks like she's righting something.she turns around and holds up a sign that says 'my name is Bella'.

"Beautiful name for a beautiful girl" I smile and start to enjoy making her blush so easily."why didn't you just tell me your name?" She looks at me for a little bit but wrights something on the back of the sign
