"Hi." I said saluting to the web cam for no real reason. "My name is..." I paused, feeling like an absolute idiot. "Dan." I made some weird rectangular shape with my hands. "And I'm already feeling like an absolute dick." I said, turning the laptop off.

I turned to my bed and picked my phone up.  Hi Dan, how's the video going? It was Phil. I called him back, all I needed now was to have a conversation - it was a rare occasion in my life where I needed human interaction.

It rang twice before he picked up. "Hello!" His voice had a thick accent as always. "Hi Phil." I said with a little smile. "What's up?" He asked. "The video isn't working out at all. Anything I say sounds crappy or doesn't make sense." I said, trying to hide the real reason I called. "When I did my video blog it all sounded like crap but there are people out there that will enjoy it."

"Like who?" I asked. "Any teen on the fringe of society." I burst out laughing. "What?!" He shouted. "Trying to sound smart is not your thing Phil." I said. "How would you know that Dan. You've never met me!" He was laughing too now. "Then meet up with me Phil." I said, in the spur of the moment. I immediately regretted it. "Sure." He said quietly down the phone. Comforting me as if he felt my panic.

It was nice that the sun was shining today as I found myself stood on a platform waiting for the next train from Lancashire to arrive. Finally it stopped at the platform and I watched as Phil skipped off the train and stood at the edge of the platform looking for me.

I started to walk forwards to where he was standing. "Phil." I said as I reached him. "Hi!" He said, throwing himself forward and hugging me. "How are you?" I asked. "I'm okay, how are you?" He was so good looking. More so than he had been on my laptop screen. (I am well aware that thinking this makes me sound like a stalker). "I'm okay." I said, snapping out of my headspace before I got too deep.

"How long have you been on the train for?" I asked as we walked out of the station and onto the street. "A few hours." He answered, looking around for something. His eyes fixed on a café over the street. He grabbed my arm and pulled me through
the crowds and across the busy road to the quiet building.

This is a draft and I have no clue where this is going. See ya soon folks xx
