Meet Star

Star's POV

Look at her. My best friend. She gets everything she wants. Even if it comes to stealing. Like how she stole my boyfriend. But I have to stay her friend, or else I'll be lonely once again...

"Oh Star, I didn't see you there! Want to go get smoothies with me and Caleb? It'll be fun!" She said smiling.

"Sure Lucy," I reply.

Once we got to the smoothie shop, smooth smooth smooth!, Lucy and Caleb get a table for two and I just go sit in the back of the shop. I also sit at a table for two but I'm the only one there. I tear goes down my face.

"What's wrong?" A man walks up to my table and sits down. I quickly wipe away my tears and look at him.

"Oh nothing, I just got something in my eye is all. Who are you?" I asked.

"My name is Trevor Day.It seems like you need a little cheering up. Mind if I sit with you?" He asks with his cute green eyes sparkling.

"Why not? It's better than just morning over my boyfriend who my best friend stole from me," I reply.

"Ouch. That's gotta hurt. How is she still your friend? No friend would betray you like that," he pointed out.

"Well, she's all I have. Anyway, are you new to Bridgewood? I haven't seen you before," I questioned.

"Yeah. I just moved here two days ago. I'm starting school this Monday at Charleston high," he stated.

"Oh! What is  your schedule? We might have some classes together," I smiled.

"Uh I have....let me find it, here it is! My 1st period is English, 2nd is keyboarding, 3rd is gym, 4th is science, 5th is history, 6th is reading, and 7th is algebra. Do we have any classes together?" He looked me right in the eye. I just smiled.

"Yes, a lot actually. We have all the same classes except for 2nd period, I have chorus then. But the classes are right next to each other so I'll show you where all your classes are. Okay?" He nodded. I couldn't stop smiling. I finally have someone else that is nice to me. Trevor. I can't wait 'till Monday!!

"I didn't catch your name," he said.

"Star. Star Rachels. I'm looking forward to meeting you Trevor Day!"
