I know the beginning is sort of slow but bear with me as I well get my bearings. I promise the story will pick up the pace soon enough. I just want you guys to get a good feel for our main character. Because she's.... well.... herself... to say the least.

Wish me luck and here's a new chapter <3

Screams of pain and terror filled the air around me. The smell of feces and blood made the air thick, but I didn't mind. I was distracted. She lay so still in front of me, but her beauty was enchanting. I could tell by the faint smile on her blue lips we would have been friends, true friends. Always enjoying the thrill of partying, we might have been closer than me and Ashley. We'd both relish playing with the emotions of the weaker, though I'd stop there and probably laugh as she went further. Playing and twisting their minds until they thought the whole world was against them. Truly wicked little beauty lay in front of me, I liked her. Slowly she came to her hazel eyes were clouded as she took me in. She offered me her hand; I took it, her skin cold and clammy on mine. Colour began to surround her body. Malicious glee, orange-red, I don't know why the feeling had a colour and how I knew that. The one thing I did for sure was that I wanted it, that I must have it. My grip tighten on her hand, I needed it I needed that colour that feeling... That taste! The girl tried to get away but my nails dug into her, her blood ran shockingly red over her pale skin. I pulled her hard sending her stumbling forward to me, my lips touched hers before I could even think. I breathed in. Flooding my body with a feeling I could only describe as heavenly and the taste mango. If I have had a mango one in my life and had been starving for over a week, Is the only thing I could say that could even bring forth a shadow of an idea of how amazing the taste was. I gasped as I pulled my head back, looking at the body in front of me. I held no interest in it. It was covered in disturbing shades of grey, I needed to fix it. Black, was in grey I'd pull forth black it would be better than grey... dull nasty old grey. Slowly the swirling colour around her turned black and I smiled. I let the girl drop from my arms and began to walk away until she started to scream. I turned around only to see her trying to claw away from these dark figures, she couldn't get away. I watch awhile in confusion, a pale shape came flying my way from the girl. It was her hand. I screamed.

Falling out of my bed in a panic, it was a dream only a dream I sighed. Looking around I noticed I was in my room and memories of last night filtered back to me, I wanted him to stay. I don't know why but I wanted to wake up to him, breathe in that scent. Run my hands over his chiselled chest, sighing I got up there was no point getting all hot and bothered about it he was gone. I untangled my self from ma sheets and a cool breeze made me shiver. My window was open; I guess that was how he left. Pulling on a pair of sweats and a tank top and left my room. Only to be assaulted by the smell of pancakes. Scowling I made my way to the kitchen. Finding my mother over the stove beside her the largest plate of pancakes I've seen since last Saturday. "I see... Carbs and Poison aren't they my favourite things for breakfast." Snarling nastily I sat down at the table. The dirty look my mother and the Eldest Other shot me, but what can I say I wasn't a family person and there was nothing I hated more than pancakes.

"Good Morning!"

Well, maybe one thing... Him my mother's husband. Carbs and poison just what I always wanted. I glared at the people around me; I wasn't in the mood for this. I tried my best to ignore the sounds of my mother kissing that man, but it was hard. I was only distracted by the loud sounds of the Others as they charged into the room. In total I had five Others, the oldest wasn't my mothers she was completely His. At fourteen she was one of the biggest annoyances of my life, the youngest being two was close to being the second. It was a full house, I know. I looked at the people around me and well there was no love lost that's all I could say. "So where did you go last night?" Annabel chimed.
