Jasmine ~

I had just finished Valentines hair and she loved it, as she always does.

"Its really nice, thank you Jas." She smiled, checking her hairstyle out from all different angles in the mirror.

"No problem." I said placing my glasses on the bridge of my nose.

"Jas, why don't you ever wear the contact lenses I bought for you?" My sister questions.

"It may sound silly but it helps keep up my appearance of this studious girl that doesn't care about anything other than school. It just gets them to leave me alone V." I replied quietly knowing that she wouldn't like hearing it.

She looks fustrated before sauntering out my room muttering quietly to herself on the way out.

I shook my head, put on my battered converse and then grabbed my bag, making my way down the stairs, heading out the door after saying goodbye to everyone.

I got into school way before the bell goes off and make my way to my form room putting all my stuff aside from my bag in my locker before going inside the classroom, making my way over to my usual seat right at the back.

Once the whole class had arrived and was settled the teacher took attendance and then we were allowed to go to our lessons, so I hurridely grabbed my bag and ran out of there.

Relief flooded through me once I was away from my form group, from their nasty comments as I pushed pass the throng of students. Why am i such a target to these people? I think to myself sighing inwardly.

When I looked around just to check that no one was behind me I bashed into something hard, causing the person to drop all there stuff and groan in annoyance.

I didn't even notice until the person ducked down on the floor, that my glasses had fell off and while the person that was obviously a boy picked up his stuff I frantically looked all over the floor around me, hands stretched out awkwardly but I couldn't feel my glasses anywhere.

Then I stopped dead still. Even though he was a blur as of right now, I could still make out exactly who it was as I noticed the boy had stood up and was staring at me, with my glasses dangling off his hand. Of course it was one of the most popular boys in school, this isn't typical at all. The geek banging into the badboy? Honestly never happens.

His name was Cameron Davis, he's older than me by at least two years and he had been classed as the schools 'bad boy' ever since around the second year of secondary school. He was always in trouble. I don't even know how he hasn't been kicked out of this school yet. The one thing that probably made his label properly official was the story that he apparently set the head teachers car on fire. I know, its a very serious accusation to pin all on one boy. There was never any actual real proof that it was him and I think that was probably the reason he wasn't kicked out for it.

"You look better without these you know." He informed me looking amused when I look looked uncomfortable, picking at the bottom of my cardigan.

I reached out for my glasses and he pulls them back making me stumble forward straight into him as I didn't have much of an idea on the amount of space between the two of us due to my partial blindness in this moment. My breath caught in my throat from being this close to a boy in general, but especially this very popular boy, because no one can deny that he is unbelievably good-looking with his dark scruffy hair, alongside dark mischievous eyes and days old stubble that is just so attractive on him. His looks were damn near intimidating. After being lost in my thoughts about his sexual appeal, he finally looks too irritated to amuse this situation anymore as he quickly shoves the glasses into my hand.
