"Out of all the people in the nation, they choose me the Prince of Skyland AND head of the knights to train new recruits. I missed my nap because of this."
A young teen standing tall at 6'1, with short black messy hair that could be tied back and bright green eyes that were hidden behind large thick framed glasses. Under his glasses and all over his nose and cheeks were many freckles which appealed to his handsome face but giving him a cute look. The young teen looked at the two papers in his hands.
In his right hand was information about a ex-prisoner named Adam. He was about the same height as Graham, but had a full head of brown hair with a lighter shade of highlights. He had brown eyes and wore a pokerface.
"He looks scary." Graham mumbled to himself under his breathe. He looked at the other paper, which caught his interest. It was a profile of a lightly tanned girl with a huge curly black afro that was held back with a blue and green floral headband that complemented her eyes, which were mixed blue and green. They really caught your attention. They also were hidden behind big black thick framed glasses, like his.
"She's pretty cute. Skye huh................"
He rolled the papers in his left hand as he smiled to himself.
'This might actually be fun.' he thought to himself before he chuckled to himself.

Skye sneezed as she was walking around the arranged venue.
'Someone must be talking about me.' she thought to herself as she rubbed he nose. She shrugged. 'Oh well.'
She was She was a pretty girl with the average height of 5'7. He hair was held back with a black headband. She was not wearing her glasses but she wore a bright smile as she twirled her black staff in her hands.
'I can finally become a knight and then I can complete my goal.'
She jumped around and twirled in excitement with her staff. She suddenly tripped over something, sending her staff sliding across the ground. She sat up with her eyes closed rubbing her head in pain.
"What the heck did I trip on?"
She opened one eye to see a boy about her age staring immensely at her.
Startled, she mumbled out a string of apologies which came out as incoherent nonsense. She stopped when she heard the boy laughing. His short chestnut brown hair with light highlights, brought out his light brown eyed that shone in the light. His laughter died down as he looked at the girl in front of him.
"It's alright, I can't get hurt. But it would be helpful to know the name of the person who almost killed me."
Skye stood up and offered him a hand, which he gratefully took.
"Skye, just Skye."
He smirked still shaking her hand.
"Nice to meet you just Skye. I'm Adam. Adam Rivalle."
Skye giggled a bit at his joke before she nodded in acknowledgement. "So what are you doing here Adam?
"I'm waiting for my instructor for my knighthood training."
"Is this your first day too?"
Adam nodded and Skye continued.
"But I never seen you around town. Did you just move here or something?"
Adam shook his head. "Let's just say that I was grounded for a VERY long time."
Noticing that he didn't want to talk about, Skye left the subject at that. The two sat on a ledge waiting for their instructor to come. Skye realized that Adam wasn't one to talk much and he always looked serious, but he had an amazing sense of humor. He was silently hilarious. The two acquaintances continued talking to each other. Well, Skye was talking and Adam just nodded with the occasional grunt here and there.
