Chistopher helped marissa situp.

Chris: now wasn't that good?

Marissa didn't amswer. She just looked at the floor.

Chris: their , their.

He rubbed her back.

Chris: go get your self cleaned up and ready for bed.

Being afraid that he was going to hit her again, she got up and went to shower. Afterwards, she got back in bed with her towel on. Before she knew it, it was time for her to get back up for work. She dragged her self out of bed, freshened up, got dressed then left before chris woke up.

When marissa got in her care, a yellow light came on informing her that she needed an oil change. She also noticed that she needed new breaks because they were squeeking.

When she got to work, sonya was waiting for her by her office. Marissa unlocked her office and sonya followed in after her shutting the door.

Sonya: so how is every thing goi-- wait, what happened to your face?

Marissa shook her head and broke down crying. Sonya quickly sat her down and comforted her.

Sonya: what happened?

Marissa: he...... he hit... hit me and raped me!

Sonya's eyes widend in shock.

Sonya: WHAT THE HELL? OH HELL NO! SOME THING HAS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS.

Sonya began dialing on her phone and marissa snatched it out her hand.

Marissa : No! Don't call any one!

Sonya: what the hell marissa! Your boy friend is not only physically abusing you, but sexually abusing you! You have to tell some one!

Marissa: i can't okay!

Sonya: why the hell not?

Marissa: because if i do, he's going to kill me.

Sonya: girl please! Give me my phone!

She took her phone back and marissa droped to her knees.

Marissa: Pleas! SONYA PLEASE!... I ... I promise it's going to get better. Just please!

Sonya shook her head and she got on the floor with a box of tissue and started whipping marissa's face.

Sonya: marissa, you are my best friend. Im worried and i jus don't want any thing to happen to you.

Marissa: I know.

Sonya sighed

Sonya: Just promise me that things will get better between you two.

Marissa: I promise.

Sonya: Good girl, now fix your clothes and manage your hotel boss.

Sonya smiled and started walking towards the door.

Marissa: sonya,...

Sonya: yea?

Marissa: do you know any good mechanics thats charge under $200 for an oil chage and new breaks?

Sonya: yes.

Sonya had a cheesy smile on her face.

Marissa: And?

Sonya: his name is Cresanto. He is a very nice guy, he's strong, good looking, he doesn't hit women and he is single!!

Marissa laughed as sonya finished writing down the information.

Marissa: thankyou.

Sonya: no problem. Make sure you reeaaallyy talk to him gurlie.

Marissa: what ever. Go get to work.

Sonya laughed and left the office. Marissa took a deep breath dialong the number that sonya gave her. It rang a few times but their was no answer. She shook her head and did what she did best at work, MANAGE.

A few hours later, it was time for marissa to leave work. She was sitting at her desk closing her folder and her phone started vibrating. She looked at the number, not knowing who it was. She then answered it.

Marissa: hello?

??: umm hi some one called me from this number?

It was a males voice.

Marissa: is this Cresanto?

??: yes. Is this marissa?

Marissa: yes. How did you know?

Cres: your friend sonya called me telling me that you need some thong done to your car.

Marissa: oh yea. I need new breaks and an oil change.

Cres: no problem. Do you mind telling me your car model and year?

Marissa: A Buick Lacrosse, 2013.

Cres: okay. Are you free tomorrow at 11:30?

Marissa: yes I am.

Cres: Alright great! I'll see you tomorrow marissa. Have a good night.

Marissa: same to you.

Marissa hung up the phone.

Marissa: he sounds cute. Oh well.

She shrugged it off, locked up and went home. She was so afraid to go home that her hands were shaking when she got to he door. She took a deep breath and let her self in. She shut the door and looked around. Their was no sign of christopher. She sighed with relief and went straight to bed. Thankfully, she didn't have to work the next 3 days which were friday, saturday and sunday.
