The moment I knew I was falling for Sam Winchester (Part 2)
(This one is dedicated to @HarleyQ12345 and every one else who requested.)

A/N: yikes.... it's been forever. Don't be mad at me please...
Btw I'm from Canada and really don't know much about the FBI so don't judge.

You knew you were crazy for thinking he would come back. He probably moved on, drove away and left you in the review mirror, literally. Never to be thought of again.

You held on for a while, hoping that he would come back, but when the weeks started turning into months and then a year, you couldn't wait any longer. Clearly Sam Winchester wasn't coming back for you.

You haven't left this small town since he left, so it would be easier to find you if he ever came back. Then you got a job offer in the state over. It was a good job, payed well, there was no reason to decline. So you didn't.

You waited a year and a half for the man, and you weren't putting your life on hold any longer.

It was a few months into your new job, in a new town when things started to go to hell.

You were walking home one night, it was already dark, and as you past an alley you heard harsh whispering. You slow down and squint to see in the dim light of the street lamps.

A man, you can tell by his brod shoulders, towers over a smaller figure with his hands on both of their shoulders and his face near their neck. You turn to leave, assuming that you just interrupted two lovers when something catches your eye. The pale yellow light glints off the mans thin, razor sharp teeth and the blood dripping down his chin.

He pushes the other person to the side and they let out a soft wimped as they hit the wall and slide to the ground. Before the man can even take a step towards you, your feet are pounding on the pavement as you sprint to your apartment, not stoping until the door is locked behind you.

That night you didn't sleep a wink, you spent the night looking at website after website that told stories of supernatural creatures. You eventually stumbled upon a group of people that called themselves the Ghostfacers.

Seven months later you are a full fledged hunter. It has been two years and four months since Sam Winchester left you in the rear view mirror, not that you were keeping track or anything.

You now realized why Sam had been so secretive about what he and Dean did. It took you a while to put the pieces together, to figure out that the Winchesters were hunters. It all clicked once you started using old book to read up on the lore, you realized that those were the same books Sam would take out. The way he talked about the "family business," how it took them all over the country and all he would say was "it's dangerous," it all made sense.

Sure, your first hunts were pretty rough and envolved almost getting killed, multiple times, but eventually you got the hang of it. You met up with a few hunters along the way, thank god for a man named Garth or you would've gotten your head bitten off by a werewolf, though you preferred to work alone, after all you were used to being alone.

You get out of your truck and slip your gun into the back of the waistband of your pants, readjusting your button up as you come up to the crime scene.

You flash your fake badge to the officers guarding the tape line before walking up to the sherif.

"Agent Saunders, FBI, what do we got?" The sherif is standing over a dead body, a puzzled look on his face. He looks up and nods, "Agent, were thinking animal attacks.. but it's the second one this week, both males, late twenties..." He seems to trail off, poor guy, you think.
