    Y/n woke up to seeing blurs all around.
"Oh, so the brats awake."
    Came a strong stoic voice from the other side of the room. You tried to move your head but felt pain.
"Tch. Dumb brat. Od course u have pain. That blow to your head should have killed you."
   The figure moved closer and came into focus. It was a man with black raven hair and steel blue eyes. 'Kinda...cute' y/n thought.
"If u can see then u should try sitting up."
   Said the male again. Sitting up you saw him in a scouts regiment uniform. 'He must be a cadet being trained be mikasa's dad.'  Buzz buzz.

"Your phones gone off over 2 hours. I suggest u answer it" he said
    You picked up ur phone and saw your father texted u 50 times. Saying, " little bitch u'll pay for denting my car! How dare u make ur mother cry. Hore. When u get back here I'll make sure u never leave again." Knowing u had to go back made tears come to ur eyes.
  The man sighed and hugged u as u cried for the fate that awaited u.

        About an hour later mikasa's family came in. "Y/n" her father said worried and sad " we cant take u away from ur parents just yet. We need to collect evidence such as taking pictures of ur bruises. But we need at least 2 things to uphold." Just then u tossed ur phone at him. When he looked at ur phone his eyes widened.
"Cadet Ackerman!" "Sir" he replied and tossed the phone to Ackerman. "Take this to the court" with that he left.
  "Y/n, u can stay with us for now. U just have to go home and get the things u need." Her mother told u. You just nodded.
  As u were leaving u saw Ackerman. "Bye um.."
"its levi"
"bye-Levi"
" tch brat."

     When mikasa's mom pulled up to ur house ur front door was open. "I can go in alone." U told her. U went inside cautiously. Normally ur mom would already be drunk and high as a kite screaming at nothing but... it was quiet. U went in the kitchen and saw red dots on the floor. Smelling like metallic u knew it was blood.

As u turned around the table, u saw ur mothers dead, bloody, and naked body. She had knife wounds and a vut from her stomach to her area cut wide open. Her organs hung out of her sides. U almost puked. Turning around u saw ur dads body hung on the closet door and his head was nailed into the ceiling. He had several bullet holes in his torso. Y/n screamed c auseing mikasa's mom to witness the horrible site as well.
  But not when tear was shed by u over this, witnessing it. Their funeral was a week later and only a handful of people came. U still haven't cried. U believed they didnt deserve ur tears anymore, they got what came to them.
U were finally free of their abuse.

   Mikasa's dad died a year later. U guys were only 15. The captain of the 3rd squad died on a special expedition protecting his cadets.  At his funeral, u remember Levi and he was there. But when he tried talking to u. U walked away, leaving, going to mikasa's house and packing ur bags. U bought an apartment with the money u had saved up from ur job and what ur parents had left over.
    Both Eren and Armins parents are dead. Erens mom died of a disease. While the rest were doctors and were murdered while coming home. Jean and connies parents abandoned them.
   In this world u either had 1 or no parents. But making friends it what helped the most. U gained back ur will to live. And now u were joining the scouts with ur friends and making a new life.
