I don't care if holding hands while walking is not your thing. But I sure want to hold that soft delicate hands of yours for the rest of my life.
I don't care if I won't be able to hold your shoulders while we walk. I just want you to know that I'll walk with you in the journey of your life.
I don't care if we're just sitting here. In the cold, crowded waiting area of the airport. I just want to sit next to you. Knowing that your just inches away, makes me want to be much closer to you.
But I know I can't. You're leaving this country. This special place. The place where we met. The place where we spent the quarter if the century of our lives. The place where I realized that you're just one of a kind.
I heard your flight being called. My heart broke. I don't want to be miles away from you. But what can I do. You're off to fulfill your dreams. And I never want to hinder your goals. Especially when you told me that you mother needed you there.
You stood up. And so did I. You just look so pretty in your gray Nike hoddie. Your legging hugs your legs perfectly. And your maroon Rooches is just so you... simple.
You looked at me with those eyes that I am familiar with. Please don't cry. You'll break my heart even more. You we're about to say something when you flight was called again.
You hugged me. Your hug isn't foreign. We hugged a hundred times. But the feeling of every hug is just like the first time. Only you could give me this feeling. Only you could make me feel this way.
"Take care." I told you.
You looked up to me and smiled with tears in your eyes. "I will miss you." You said.
I kissed you on your cheek. I saw that you were stunned. But I just can't help it. I always wanted to do that.
Your flight was called again and finally you decided to go. It was hard. Watching you walk away, knowing I won't be able to see you for a long time. But I just cling to that moment. That moment when you return.
