[ Juvia? Juvia. This is not part of the way Fairy Tail Juvia is. This is from my own creativity and imagination from dark nights :)) Short Story. ]

Small, watery pelts flew from their wispy, gray domain. The air was cold like ice. The sky was dark and cloudy. Wet, old, trampled on newspapers, fliers, advertisements, etc. swept along the streets of Magnolia. "Drip, drip, drop." An airy voice said. Roofs were wet and houses were stranded in puddles like an island in the ocean. Doors were damp from the pounding of the waterdrops. Trees sway and bend; their branches whipping wildly. The river that divided the city began rising from the rain. The bridge that led from one side to the other was slick and slippery from the falling water. The rain began changing in all direction; some went slanted, many went down, others went crazy. "Gloom.." The airy voice spoke out of the darkness. "And Darkness.."

A woman in an elegant dress strolled through the deserted walkways of Magnolia. Her dress was somewhat like a sundress, but the colors and printing on it was strange and alien-like. At the top of the dress, the color was a dark blue like the color of the sky as the moon began to rise in and the sun had setted already. The middle and bottom of the dress was a water blue mixed with cyan. The water blue mixed with cyan blended slightly into the dark blue, creating an interesting color. There were dark water runes on the dress. On the middle area, the runes there were swirling and dancing already her waist, each rune a different one from each other. There were laces, sowed on at the bottom of the dress, creating a snowflake effect. The woman's arms had blue armor bands on them. Several inches away from the armor bands were disconnected, white sleeves that look like they were sliced neatly away from a kimono. The sleeves were longer than the average sleeves, but they hid dangerous things beneath it. Around her neck, she wore a white amulet that symbolized innocence and purity. She wore white sandals that weren't in ruins from the wetness around her. The laces of the sandals came up to her knees, making her look more like a ballerina. A tattoo was inked in on her right arm. The tattoo looked like a dark waterdrop with thorns, protecting it. She had runes snaking around her legs, arms, and neck. Her hair was a pastel blue. It reached all the way to her waist line and resting against her back. Her hair was abnormally straight unlike other hairstyles.

"Oh, dear me." The woman said. "Such a wondrous night!" She was standing on the bridge. She raised her arms and open her palms to reveal a rune, popping out. "RISE." She commanded to the water. She can use her powers either physically or mentally, but she preferred physically. One by one, pole-like water towers broke through the surface of their homes and came to the one who commanded them. "Good." She purred. [ WIP ]
