I'm running. I'm exhausted and exhaling shaky breaths into the dense, frigid air. I don't know what I'm running from, but it has been chasing me for nearly a day. The thick forest trees are blocking my view and I don't know where I'm running. I wasn't prepared for this. All I have is my stubby, two-sided pencil and crumpled, damp paper in which I'm scribbling on right now with hurried handwriting. I smell burnt wood. Wherever the scent is coming from, it's pinching my nose and I don't like it. As I watch the smoke billow into the atmosphere, I look down and see a small cabin. Perhaps I can settle down here? But wait... there is still an unknown creature chasing after me trying to kiil me. Should I risk it? Well, I can't make any assumptions, can I ?
