Chapter thirty three

Laura's PoV
On Tuesday I asked everyone except from Ross if they would hold a welcome home party for him they agreed and today is Thursday so they must of done a pretty good job we reached Ross' home and then I walked with Ross to the front door we walked in and then the lights switched on and everyone jumped out
Everyone: SURPRISE
I could tell that Ross was startled everyone smiled at him
Ross: what's going on
V: this is your welcome home party
Ross: thanks guys
Rydel: you shouldn't thank us
Rocky: yeah
Riker: Laura was the one who planned this
Ross turned to face me
Ross: thanks Laura
L: your welcome Ross
Ross:(hugs her)
L: (hugs back)
Then we pulled away then ryland put some music on and we all danced and had snacks

The party was pretty cool everyone was having a good time and by everyone I mean me and my family and Laura, Vanessa and Ratliff and including Raini and Calum it was 11pm so we turned down the music down and everyone was tired I went outside the back and sat on the porch and I just relaxed

I was worried because I couldn't find Ross anywhere I was checking everywhere while the others cleaned up
V: oh you get to plan the party
Riker: yeah
Rocky: and we clean up
Rydel: while you run around
L: guys I would help you but
Ryland: but
L: where's Ross
Everyone: don't know
L: see
C: go find him Laur
L: okay bye
I remembered I didn't look outside I ran outside and saw him sitting on the porch and he had his eyes closed
L: er Ross
R: yeah
L: you okay
He opened his eyes and motioned me to come sit next to him so I did
R: I'm good
L: 😊 so why are you out here
R: I need help
L: with what
R: well I like this girl but ...
I think my heart shattered he likes another girl but why would he like me I'm just a weird fat stupid girl
L: go on
R: well I wanna ask her out but I don't know if she likes me in the same way
L: well if she doesn't like you back then she isn't the right girl for you and she doesn't know what she's missing but if she says yes then that girl is lucky
