"Okay so where do we go? We have enough money to get a nice hotel room to for at least a little while." Kendall announced. Everyone stopped to think.
"But we are under the age to do so." Kalani said. Kendall looked down at the floor thoughtfully.
Something snapped in my head.
"How about we go camping?!" I blurted out.
"Oh my gosh! Great idea!" Kendall said putting her hands together. I smiled. "Don't they have tents somewhere?"
I nodded. The filthy rich couple gotten invited once to go camping with some friends. Their camping trip canceled because of a huge storm. So they never used the tent. Or the sleeping bags.
"Okay tonight after they are asleep me and Kendall will go down and get the tent. Uh...maybe you two could...get all of the duffel bags out?" Said Kalani.
"Sure!" I shrugged.
"Cool."
...............................................................
After we got our pajamas on and waited for the couple to finally fall asleep, we began the routine.
"Good luck!" I whispered. Kenzie put two thumbs up for Kendall and Kalani as they walked out our bedroom door.
The second the door came to a close. Me and Mackenzie began to search for the duffel bags and backpacks. We began to make a pile of then in the middle of the room.
"Gosh I hope nothing goes wrong." Pleaded Mackenzie.
"Yeah. Same." I agreed.
A few minutes later we heard footsteps. They didn't sound like Kalani's or Kendall's. They sounded like the woman's. Oh no.
"KENZIE!" I scream-whispered. She looked up from pulling a backpack out from under the bed. "It's Elizabeth!" She knows the drill.
We dumped all of the bags so their out of site if she opens the door. Then we scrambled to the beds and put a couple of pillows under Kalani and Kendall's bed sheets to give the illusion as if their sleeping.
"Get the light!" Mackenzie whispered. I lightly ran to the light-switch and flicked it off.
We rolled into our beds and faked slept. Turns out she was going to the bathroom and walked right by out room.
We waited for her to walk back and close the door.
"Clear?"
"Clear!"
I grab the bags and dump them onto the floor again. Mackenzie continues her search.
"I don't think there's anymore in here." Mackenzie says with a bit of worry in her voice. I nod.
"I'm pretty sure this is enough. If not enough, it's more than we need." I said. A sigh of relief came from Mackenzie.
"So...what do we do now?"
I shrugged.
"Stare out the window till they come back?" I asked. Kenzie nodded aggressively. Then we went to the large windows and leaned on the cold windowpain.
A shooting star flew by and disappeared behind the trees. Ah, good luck for the future?
Creeeeeaaaak. Went the door.
