How I Know Him

      My mornings have started the same for the last 6 years. I wake up looking into the most beautiful brown eyes on the planet and here the love of my life tell me good morning. Liam leans into kiss me and that's when my alarm sounds. 
          I pick up my phone to shut off my alarm and scroll through Instagram and check my blog. When I get to the STL post dispatch, the company I work for, I see the announcement for the One Direction  interview on my page and remember that today will be the best day of my life. Today is the day I get to interview four people who mean the world to me. My favorite band One direction.
         I swing my legs over the side of my bed and throw off my huge white cover.    I slip my feet into my slippers and put on my glasses to walk across my dark room to my bay window and open the thick currents . Light floods my room and warms my face. I plug my phone  to my speaker and shuffle my music. One direction blasts trough my room and puts a smile on my face.
         I have been counting down the days till today for the last six months and it feels unreal that it's here now. I get to have a entire hour with my four favorite people ever. I finally get to meet them after seven years, one of them consisting of a very long break that almost broke me. They are finally back in 2017 and I have never been happier.
         My job has me do a lot of amazing things. Such as interviewing political figures, stars, traveling, and getting to go to major events. My blog is a teen segment for the stl dispatch where I take things that are happening in society and put them in a teens point of view. But this by far has to be the best.
        My boss granted me with tickets and a slot for an interview, but he doesn't know how obsessed with them I am. So now I have to be compliantly professional the first time I meet the boys. 
        I walk to the other side of my room and open my bathroom door. I decide to take a quick shower since Hailey, my best friend and photographer for my blog, won't be here for at least an hour.
         When I'm done showering I hop out and head to my closet. I open the door and flip on the light then walk to my dresser on the other side. I slip on a one direction t-shirt and a pair of shorts.
         I return to my bathroom to brush my teeth and put in my contacts when my phone buzzes to tell me that one of the boys posted a photo, and yes I have a special ringtone for that occasion. Harry posted a photo on Instagram of the arch from his hotel room and  captioned it "love st.louis." I quickly liked and plugged my phone back in. I stride back to my closet singing along to end of the day smiling.
    Ten minuets later I'm setting in my closet floor next to a huge pile of cloths flustered because I can't find anything to ware. My bedroom door flings open and Hailey walks in with four bags and two coffee cups from Starbucks.
     "Oh sweetie." She says and tilts here head at me. "can't find anything?"
         I send her a pout and shake my head. " nothing is right to meet them. I was unprepared for this day."
      "What about the outfit you picked out like a week ago?" She walks over to me and hands me the cup with my name on it. She slides down the wall to sit next to me.
       "It makes my butt look flat." I whine.
     "I figured you would be like this, so I got you a day early birthday present." She got up and walked to my bed where she dropped her bags and opened her back pack. She pulled out a rectangular box with a red bow on it.
       I get up and walk to her setting on my bed. " Hailey you didn't have to get me a present."
      "Well your 18 and my best friend so here." She thrusts the box into my hands and smiles looking pleased with herself. This one must be good.
     "I'm not even 18 yet and it's not my birthday."
    "Tomorrow is, so open it already!"  
    "Okay!" I slip the lid of the box and push aside the paper inside to find the most beautiful dress I have ever seen. I held up the periwinkle skater dress with lace ascents along the collar and bottom trim. "Hailey it's gorgeous!"I sprung up to hug her then rush off to my bathroom to put it on.
