She must've kept walking..
"Hey where you going?" i ask him.
"Oh uh....I'm gonna go bond with my daughter." he hesitates.
"Oh! Ok." i say smiling.
"Will you come too? I don't really know what I'm doing...." he says looking down.
I place my hand on his shoulder.
'Yeah. Of course."
He looks at me and smiles.
"Thank you."
"No problem." i reply.
We then go to see Lola.
Jamal takes her to this room filled with toys and pillows and stuff.
She seemed sad..
In an attempt to cheer her up, Jamal picks up a hoola hoop off of the floor and starts hoola hooping.
It was so hilarious!
The way he was moving his hips was so silly! You could tell he didn't know what he was doing.
"You spin it around like this..... uh.. something like that." he says as it falls to the floor.
Sad...
He then steps out of it.
"You wanna try?" he asks, holding it out to her.
She shakes her head.
"Ok. Well do you want to play with this dude right here?" he asks her picking up a little doll.
She shakes her head again.
Jamal sighs and rubs his face.
"Well what do you want to do? I'm down to do whatever you want to do." He then says softy.
"I want my mommy. Is she coming back?" she asks.
Aww.... poor baby....
"Yeah she's coming back. But for now I'll protect you." he says to her, making me smile.
"Even from the monsters?" she asks.
Jamal leans down to her
"Especially from the monsters......
Listen....wherever you get scared, just curl your mouth like this and you just go rooaar!" he says curling his lip.
Oh My God...
He is so fucking cute!
I giggled at him.
Lola roared and Jamal picked her up.
"Come on girl. Show me what you got." he says as he spins her around.
They roar another time together.
He then sits her down on a little stool.
"Cause you're a lion. And lions are never afraid to let anyone hear them roar....
You know what else lions do? We sing..... You want me to sing you a song my dad used to sing to me?" he asks her.
She says yes.
He then starts to sing.

a-wimoweh..." Jamal says to Lola, smiling.
She starts.
"Jade come over here and help Lola." he says to me.
I smile.
I walk over and sit down next to him on a bean bag.
