"H-Hey, Mettaton." Alphys looked up at the tall android.
"Yes Alphys, what is it?" Mettaton turned to her.
"I-I just installed balance d-drivers into your system.. and.. it looks like you're going to have to m-manually.. calibrate them."
"Well, how do I do that?" Mettaton asked.
"It's, uh.. it's, uhm, pretty easy actually. All you have to do is w-walk around a little bit." Alphys put on an awkward smile. "Y-you'll s-stumble - and maybe, trip. B-but I promise, it won't last that long.. m-maybe a few hours, at most."
"A few hours? Alphys, that is humiliating, I can't be seen doing that!"
"Y-you'll have to, th-there's no other way."
Mettaton sighed. "Fine, just make sure no one sees me."
Mettaton helped as he hit the floor. "Ouch.."
He slowly picked himself up and stumbled to the nearest wall, only to slip down to the floor and hit his head on it. He sighed - standing up, once again.
"What's goin' on, Johnny-five?" He froze, looking down at his trembling feet.
"S-Sans..?" He didn't bother to turn.
"Alphys invited me to see something "new" and I couldn't say no, like when y- hey, you don't think she's created a new version of you?"
"Sans, dear, this is the wrong time to be talking to-" Mettaton fell forward, onto the cold, hard ground.
"What's goin' on? You're looking a bit more clumsy than usual." Sans chuckled.
"What are you on about?" He stood up. "I'm perfectly f-"
He fell, again. Sans laughed and got out his phone as Mettaton stood up, recording him. Mettaton sighed and stumbled around the room, making Sans laugh even more. "Oh boy, Papyrus is gonna love this."Mettaton fell - again. Sans only laughed more.
"This is so humiliating." Mettaton's serious tone turned into embarrassment, he sounded like he was crying.
"Oh, grow up Metta'. I'm only having a bit of skelle-fun." Sans turned off his phone.
"That was terrible." Mettaton sighed and stood up. "Now, Alphys is probably waiting. You should go."
"Oh, yeah. Forgot about her."
Mettaton shook his head and continued to stumble around the room as Sans left the room.
