Single Mom Work

"Hey ma whatcha doing."
"Do you not see me washing the dishes answering phones and trying to hush the baby get yo tiny but over here and help me! Oh no sir just getting extra help." She gave me a hand gesture summoning me towards her. "Ma this ain't so bad ." "Well, then wash the dishes too." This started getting harder and harder by the second then mom left the room. "Wait mom help me."
"No can do child." She was out in a flash. Well challenge accepted. This is my challenge towards myself do EVERYTHING mom does can't be so bad right.
"Kayla I'm home...........WHAT HAPPENED!" Kayla get ready for a beating of a life time.
"OMG YOU...ARE...SOOOOO...LUCKY...I'M A NICE PERSON!"
"I thought I can handl-"
"Well, not everything."
That isn't gonna change anything I'm still gonna accept mor-
"Hush your mouth girl."
"But I didn't say anything."
"Body language."
I would never understand mothers it's like they have physic abilities.sadly she's right I don't understand mothers pain and hard work but eventually I'll become one or not but yea with great people comes more hard work ..... That is not how it goes. One thing at a time but I won't do that I don't listen to nobody not even myself. I'm hardheaded but in denial.
"Back to work you got a whole lot of cleaning to do"
"Yeeessss mom" I hate work so much.
"So mom what made you want to have children if you knew you had to sacrifice certain things no matter what situation."
"You are a nosy child but I guess it's good that you should know this information so, I did it because I knew first of all I can have a legacy to carry on and second of all I did it because you children are the new generation and you will keep this earth going." I am kinda glad that she wants to know this information I just hope she doesn't end up like me.
"Mom that is so cool you basically gave up everything for us but you did it for a reason. At first I didn't want to have kids but now I do because I know the struggle is for a reason."
"Now, that doesn't mean get knocked up at an early age. Wait do even know what that means?"
"Yeah."
"How did you learn? From school right."
"Yeah but, don't worry it's all good first of all I heard it's painful but act like you ain't hear me say that uhh yeah subject change. How's life?"
"Hard but joyous with you. See when you grow up and have children of your own at hard times like these you take a look at your children's faces and they just lift up your spirits that's another reason why I had you to have another miracle in my life." I would have another baby if I had the energy.
"Thanks mom thank lifted my spirits to." It brings me joy to see mama's smile.
