As Tiffany waited for her bus she sat on the bench. She was looking around and saw a mother yelling at her daughter...
Her books laid haphazardly across her lap as she listened to the conversations around her.
" Oh my god, did you hear who asked me out?!" the blonde one said.
"Whoo?! Jason?" the brunette said.
Tiffany wished she had flowing hair, striking eyes,and a show stopping smile. She longed for someone to call her own.
"Beep, Beep!!"
"Hey mom what are you doing here ?" Tiffany said.
"Just get in the car." Her mom said.
As they were driving home Tiffany noticed her mom was extremely happy. Opening the door, Tiffany was met with a sight she wasn't expecting.
"Surprise!" yelled everyone. The banner across the wall said Congrats.
"What is this for?" Tiffany said.
"You got selected to go to the academy!" Her mom said....
The screeching of the old bus rattled her back to reality.
"I hate my life." Tiffany said.
