There isn't enough StormPilot au's and definitely not enough for high school but this guy is ready to save you all you can thank me later.
Also Finn's name is Finley and will change.

"Finley! Wait!" Rey shouted from across the hall, darting to her friend.
Finley and Rey were both Juniors in a Christan highschool. Finley wasn't enjoying the religious school at all. He believed in God and was a Christan himself but the school hardly taught any real school work but mainly Bible study. He wanted to do real school like things like science.
But they did have sports teams and after school clubs but Finley wasn't a fan of either.
"Finley are you coming to the homecoming game tonight?" Rey asked meeting with the guy.
"I don't know" He quietly replied "I have no one to go with"
"Well I'm going with Anakin tonight so maybe you can come with us!" she happily offered.
"Okay, maybe I'll go" Finn slightly smiled. The end of bell rung as Rey quickly hugged Finley and ran off.
Finley walked out of school with his backpack and ran home.
He ran into his house and shut the door behind him.
"Hello Mother!" Finley shouted from the front door.
"Hello Finley! Aren't you forgetting something?" his mother asked while walking towards him.
"My mistake mother" he whispered. He kissed his mother on the cheek and hugged her "Mother may I ask you something?"
"Yes of course Finley" She smiled. Finnley looked down at his feet and shrugged slightly.
"Well the homecoming game is tonight and I was wondering if I could go" Finley asked shyly.
"Hmm, okay Finley, only if you promise me an extra hour of studying tonight" The mother agreed.
"Yes Ma'am" he quickly agreed and than ran upstairs.
It was 3 o'clock and the game didn't start till six. He should do his one hour study plus the extra hour and than get ready the last hour.
He went to his drawer and pulled out the Bible and sighed. He's sure he's read though this thing about four times already. As a kid to now. And he always hated one verse; Leviticus 18:22; which was " Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination"
Finley was a homosexual which was banned at the household and school. He never gained enough trust to tell anyone, not even Rey. Because most Christians don't accept it.

(A/N As a gay/Transgender Christian I do not know the percentage of Christians who don't accept it but many do but for story purposes they don't remember this is an Alternative universal )

He was even afraid his own mother would disown him. But he kept it to himself for so long and did a pretty good job.
He turned opened to his bookmark and bit his lip. He couldn't possibly pay attention to this book again for another two hours, yet he couldn't brake a promise.
He got up from his chair and got his phone and opened his text and texted Rey.

"I'll be able to come to the game tonight. I'll meet you at the back of the school"

He clicked send and got an almost instant reply from Rey.

"Sure thing Finley :)"

He put down his phone and decided just to scan what he should of read and get ready for homecoming afterwards.

5:30

Finley looked up at the clock as his eyes widened at the time. He quickly shut the bible and started to panic. He had nothing to wear and it was freaking winter. He changed into a gray pullover sweatshirt and kept his black pants and shoes on.
He checked the time again.
5:37
He ran downstairs and went to his mother.
"Mother it is time for me to go. I will be back no later than ten o'clock" Finley looked down at his shoes.
"Okay Finley, be safe and may the lord be with you" she smiled and kissed his forehead.
"Thank you mother" He smiled back and left the house.
The cold wind slapped him in the face as his hands automatically felt frozen. He stuffed them into his pocket and kept walking.
His nose was probably red as a cherry by now as he made it to the back of the school.
He saw the football team run in and out of the lockeroom cheering and changing.
Finley sighed as he checked his watch.
5:57
He could probably stay in the warm lockeroom for the three minutes, they probably wouldn't mind.
He walked closer to the lockeroom door as the door sung opened and hit him in the face, knocking him over.
"I'm so sorry!" A male voice said "are you okay?"
Finley opened his eyes slowly to see a man over him. He was quite handsome. He had a very light tan and long black hair with beautiful brown eyes.
"Y-Yes I'm fine" Finley said calmy as the man helped him up.
"My mistake. You must be freezing out here with no jacket but the sweatshirt" He said with concern.
"N-no I'm fine" he slightly blushed.
"I'm sure you're not" he laughed slightly. He took off his red jacket with the school logo on it and gave it to Finley.
"Wow thank you" he smiled, quickly putting it on "won't you be cold?"
"Nah, we'll be running all game long, I'm sure I'll be warm" He smiled. Finely smiled back at the handsome player.
"I-I never got your n-name" He shyly said.
"The name is Poe, Poe Dameron. And you are?"
"Finley" He whispered.
"Finley huh? Well can I call you Finn for short?" He asked.
"Yes of course" he was blushing more.
"Well I got to get back the game is about to start. See you soon Finn" he smirked and winked at him before jogging back into the lockeroom.
"Finley we're here!" Rey shouted running with her friend Anakin.
"Hey guys" Finn greeted.
"Nice jacket bud where'd you get it?" Anakin asked.
"Well um one of the players gave it to me" He quickly replied.
"Aww how sweet. Well come on Finley the game will start!" Rey smiled.
"Hey Rey before you go can I ask you something?" Finn shyly asked.
"Of course buddy!"
"Call me Finn from now on"
